Referred by SLCH After Hours clinic for my 4 year old who put a bead in her ear. When I called and explained our situation, the receptionist suggested an appointment with a doctor vs walk-in with an NP. They had an opening with Dr. Hartman that day. We were feeling nervous about removing since they weren’t successful at the AH clinic. He had fantastic bedside manners with her! He spoke to her and helped her feel comfortable and confident with what he was telling her and doing. He had it removed within minutes and almost no tears! Thank you and I hope we never have to come back but certainly will if necessary.

Great overall experience every time I come in for allergy shots. Booking is simple, and my hearing test was great too. Extra kudos to Kim at the front desk who always greets me by name with a smile, and Cheryl who’s helping me kick these allergies into submission. The staff here is fantastic!

Very helpful, reconnected my BTE right side hearing aid to amplifier right before vacation. Made my day and my wife's to have this working. Very anxious to try new hearing aids from this company with routine maintenance available.

Dr. Hartman, Becky, and the entire staff are wonderful! I have been under their care for many years and have had three surgeries with them and ongoing care. Dr. Hartman is always patient and has great communication skills. He is a skilled surgeon and has cared for my other ENT needs. I thoroughly recommend this group!

I was so thrilled that I found this place. Trying to find an ENT doctor that I could get in to see in less than 6 weeks (1 place said JUNE) was becoming impossible. Everyone was fabulous here.

My overall experience here was good. The older, dark headed receptionist was a bit abrupt and rude, but the other receptionist was very kind. The nurse practitioner was thorough, kind, descriptive, patient, and extremely helpful. My only real problem is that they didn't read my paperwork. I put on there that I was autistic and had PTSD (among other things), yet they never once told me they were going to place me in a tiny closed booth and make me listen to pitches that physically caused me pain. If they had read my paperwork prior to calling me to that room, I believe they would have at the very least asked me if I was comfortable, needed time to adjust, or made accomodations by performing the test at a pace I was okay with. It was a very stressful experience. I was unable to complete the hearing test because of it. I had NO idea prior to arrival or at any time before being called back that this was going to occur.

I had a good experience here. The NP was super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. They were able to see me quickly with no delay. Highly recommend for fast, efficient care.

Go see Cheryl for all of your allergy needs! She is prompt, friendly and professional. I really like the allergy program here and am feeling so much better thanks to her!

Excellent facility.
The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Hartman listened to me, and he explained everything in layman's terms with great detail. We discussed a treatment plan and weighed all my options so we can move forward.
I have already recommended Dr. Hartman to friends and family.

My husband went to the office for the first time March 21,2023, and saw Megan Gomer, FNP-BC who was phenomenal. Megan got to the core of what was going on with him, and she was professional as well as nice. Everyone in the office was nice, professional, and welcoming. The office is clean, and gives you a comfortable feeling.

My story with my ear is a rather traumatic and painful one. But the people here were SO KIND and so caring and have made a huge difference in my life after just a couple of visits. I am so blessed to have found them!

I was able to walk into the clinic and be seen without an appointment. I had to wait a bit, but that was ok. Once I go back into the patient area I was treated kindly and quickly.

ENT NOW is like Urgent Care - but for Ear, Nose, & Throat problems. My Doctor sent me there to have a culture of my sinus infection ahead of an appointment, so we could hopefully have some results to inform my treatment plan. It was pretty quick for a drop-in clinic. The staff were professional, kind, and friendly. I appreciate the convenience provided by the clinic setting, and knowing that they're connected directly to my doctor.

I was so surprised - went in to make an appointment - they said I could be seen n about 15 minutes! Very professional and friendly services!

ENT Now has been super helpful and prompt throughout the whole process. Everybody was extremely pleasant from the front desk staff, to the audiologist, and nurse practitioners. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to see an ENT on short notice.

Went back two times for the same problem, nothing was resolved. Waited three+ days to discuss scans with someone.

Update- finally saw the Dr, he is great! The issue isn’t with him. However the staff medical assistant and NP’s could be a lot better

I went in for a visit and was supposed to be prescribed meds. Only to find out that the call to the pharmacy never happened. Called twice on the following day and was sent to someone's voice mail or message service, left two messages and still.crickets. It's Thanksgiving tomorrow and now I will be stuck with NO meds. Awesome job! The Nurse that saw me was great but there needs to be some follow thru till the job is completed.

Terrible ent company. Super unprofessional don't know how they are in business. I went there to find out what is causing my dizziness they said don't know and want to send me somewhere else to get a special test done. The place they recommend isn't covered by my insurance. So I call back and they recommend someone else and they don't cover it either. I call back to inform them and the unprofessional hangs up on me. Yes hangs up on me. I thought we got disconnected so I called right back and doesn't pick up. So I call back again and leave voicemail. No one returned my it's been 3 weeks and I've called 7 times with two voicemails. Clearly the b hung up on me. Super unprofessional hope they go out of business. Can you imagine being dizzy everyday and just want a professional to fix it but instead get ignored as if you are little bothering their parent.

This was my second visit here. My first visit was impressive which is the reason I returned. The wait time was minimal and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were caring and went the extra mile to meet my needs and gave additional input on the problem I was having. Because no appointment is necessary I recommend ENT NOW for anyone who needs the services they offer right away
