Both my ears were excessively clogged with wax. I was unable to hear, hardly at all. When I arrived, I told the medical assistant that I am very much afraid of pain and very hesitant. After the nurse came in, I explained that I am the biggest baby (at 72yrs of age!) and am not a fan of someone going into my ears. But the medical assistant was very good and patient with me. She said they would use a vacuum device and the first thing i said was "will this hurt? " 'No! I just heard a "whoosh" sound and the wax ball was out and I was able to hear her very well. I was super happy. Everyone was extremely kind and patient with me and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I meet with ear problems. I am very much appreciative of this group, they were awesome!
