The front staff was horrible. I went in this morning after speaking with them two days prior and all of a sudden they don't offer testing to people exposed to covid. My daughter who lives with me tested positive for covid and we were quarantine. For me to return to work I have to make sure I'm still negative. They refused to test me. They claim their boss changed the rules yesterday. I am beyond upset because I can't return to work tomorrow!

My daughter went for a Covid test for work, The treating physician walked in the room with the cotton swab already out of its sealed container! He then used that particular swop to swob one of my daughters nostril. Now she finds out today that her text has comeback positive! This is completely unprofessional and unethical! Why with a physician do this!

Over talking. Telling you are wrong prior to hearing you out. Very cavalier with their rebuttals. Charge me for a bill from 2013! Had the wrong address. But take you license and info every time you come. So it’s my fault they have the wrong address. Plus they have you insurance info. With you ADDRESS. Not the same as it use to be.

This urgent care is excellent in mannerism, patient care and professionalism. They are friendly and really seem to care! Thanks for taking care of my grand daughter. Thank you Dr. Phillip Greene!

If 10 stars were possible I will give them 10 stars from the staff upfront to the doctor best people ever. Did not make me wait forever like other places in fact barely any wait at all. And the doctor she was the best. They are far ahead from other places on care and service from other places that treat you like you are a car at a Bad mechanic shop

I took my daughter in last night at 7: 30 for an ankle injury (they close at 8). The care she received from Dr Willis and his nurse was outstanding. We never once felt rushed, and they were both very thorough making sure I had the right resources with an ortho doctor. I will definitely go back for any emergency needs

They asked me to pay some outstanding balance of well over $2000 they claimed were sent to collections from a previous visit. 1st of all it's been years since I've been here. 2nd of all how in the hell does one visit end up being that much? 3rd of all how is something that's supposed to be in collections still in their system? I was so irritated and annoyed from pain due to a broken nose, I just left. Especially when they started kind of pushing me to the side to service others like they expected me to pay such a crazy amount of money. Wont be back and no I'm not paying a balance I have no knowledge of! Thanks for nothing and wasting my time!

Took my daughter to Urgent Care for cough, shortness of breath and sinus drainage. Front office staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. But, that Dr. Phillip Green is horrible. He is arrogant, rude and lacks professionalism. He entered the room giving orders without introducing himself. After a 2 minutes exam he stated my daughter had allergies. Well, I am a RN of 20 years and I know allergies do not cause a fever. More importantlyt, I know my daughter and she had been feeling increasing worse over 7 days. He stated he wanted to prescribe a certain medication for her cough and I stated that medication has never worked for her in the past. Ignorning me and speaking scarcastically to my daughter he stated "Do you want what you think is best or what has worked for hundreds of other patients in his 27 years of me being a doctor. " Your'e a doctor, we get it. Yippee. As a physician Dr. Green should also know 2 important things: 1) every patient is not the same 2) listen to the patients and their family (people who have known the patients for longer than 2 minutes.) DO NOT SEE THIS Doctor! In my professional opinion having worked besides physicians from all specialties for 20 years, I know first hand nothing could be more dangerous for a patient than having a physician or nurse that does not listen because he feels he knows everything.

The staff was very nice, beside Dr. GREEN.
With his arrogant, I know everything behavior.
He told me you have a viral infection and I don't have knowledge about "that" because I'm only a Technician at the hospital.
Guess what, I went to see a real doctor at FAST TRACK URGENT CARE and I received the treatment and prescription I needed.

Thanks Alex, nurse from Germany

So I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times just myself and with my family. Staff is very amiable and friendly, however being a medical worker myself I noticed they are not very thorough, neither are the doctors. I get it in a area like this it’s important to connect with the patients but to me quality care is just as important. Now I won’t run down every visit simply because I noticed a pattern immediately. They really just give you medication, the doctor is willing to make up a diagnosis in order to give you medication. My fiancé visited the urgent care for a abscess and was given a script for Percocet! Extreme if you ask me. He didn’t go there in severe pain, he just wanted to have them drained which they didn’t do, he also stated the he does not remember ever being asked about his pain level. He was told that he was going to be given this medication and sent in his way. I took my 6 month old there for a RSV TESTING, Everyone was very nice. So nice that I walked out the door with no test but medication for a 6month old without a diagnosis. I was told she was ok, thank God for motherly instinct she was diagnosed the next day and treated correctly. Ultimately the staff is too lackadaisical. Let me be clear they are not given medications that can harm anyone but they are also not working to solve the patients problem.

Recently treated for an abscess. The nurses were patient and nice. However the first physician nearly made me walk out. He was more uncomfortable about the whole thing than i was. At least he understood the affordablilty factor and prescribed something that helped it drain within 12 hours. First refusual to excise it i understood it was inflamed and hurt really bad.

A very large amount did drain thankfully. I had to go back twice and they kept refusing to drain or excise the rest of it. This time i saw someone else gave me another prescription so it could drain on its own eventhough i told him it wasnt draining any further.that perscription cost me nearly 100 and all it did was keep it from spreading & cause a rather unpleasant side effect. But he said i should seek a dermatologist if it doesnt improve or reoccur. It didn't go away fully a month later it flared again.

The money i wasted here was needed for property taxes and bills. I am very disappointed and feel slighted. I studied for the med field and sypmathizwd with certain plights they but this really had me questioning the field as a whole.

Honestly i hate giving bad reviews but that last time i go there EVER!

Appreciated the knowledge of the medical staff.

"Oh, Cash Pay". The first words that came out of the Dr.s mouth a he sat down. Second was "Whats going on with you? , I see a bunch of symptoms here but you're not giving me anything. (Really?) Why don't you have insurance? (Maybe I just want to pay outside of it?) How old are you? Do you live around here? If you were at my office, ya know this is just part time for me, we'd run a whole gammit of tests on you, but we don't do any of that here. You should have a PCP. (Hasn't examined or even tried to get a grasp of the symptoms that would allow him to diagnose at this point) So maybe you should go to the ER and have them run all of those tests on you. " Me: Why? So I can have 20k in fees when its done? I came here for this. -I stared at him blankly at this point trying to decide if I should lay into him or if he was going to do his job in any capacity- He didn't want to run any tests and his only concern was to find me a PCP (Him) to see. Finally he says "Well Ill take a look at you", and then after trying to end the appt earlier, he begins to start his job. The Urgent Care here is obviously just a pipeline for these doctors at this location to pad their pockets by referring the patient to their practice or their friends practice. My BS of science is in Health Care admin. I work with patients on a daily basis. This was a terrible experience. I was seeking care and didn't receive it. I have been to this location before but will not return. Will not be referring patients to this location anymore either.

Dr S S was great he took the time to explain to me what was going on and the option available to me. I have been diabetic for 28 years so his specifications really helped. I stopped going to this location a few years ago due to the staff but this time was apt better great staff amazing Dr and I’m following the Dr orders and feeling better already! Thanks again

Excellent experience today with the Dr and staff at this place. My Grandson was very sick. The Dr was prompt professional and figured out was causing my Grandson to feel so sick. He gave us meds to treat and make him better. Dr was very friendly, down to earth, genuine and answered all our questions.
My daughter and i will be back. Great care and friendly Dr and staff.

I have been taking my family to Fast Track for years and we love their exceptional care! We've built a great relationship with them! They've watched my children grow up! All the doctors and staff are really sweet & attentive to our needs! I would recommend them to any family!
