25I was seen on 06/02/2018 front office staff was great wait time was awful until they called another doctor in. I came in for severe lower back pain on right side the male doctor I had seen did not show any concerns or knowlege of my symptoms all he did was touch the area where pain was and ordered some pain medication with dose of 2mg. I finally was able to see my doctor and I have sciatica.um she really knew the symptoms and went into detail explaining to me what I had and treatment for my pain also printed out exercise to do. She is called a Concerned, Knowledgable DOCTOR! NEVER will i go back to Fast Track Urgent care in North County hwy 67
I have been using this urgent care facility for years. I drive past several others to get here. The staff is so friendly and quick. From getting checked in, to seeing the nurse, to meeting with the doctor; EVERYONE is compassionate and kind. We met with Dr Scaduto for the first time and we love him. He really takes his time and asked great questions. My 9 year old daughter has decided he is the best doctor ever.
Worst Experience Ever!
I waited nearly an hour to be called back for vitals & weight. Once back in the room I was asked to swab myself for strep. I advised the doctor that I wasn’t sure if the test was accurate due to not knowing exactly where to swab. The doctor accused me of being a pill popper and only coming for acetaminophen with codeine. This was the most humiliating experience ever. I was forced to leave without receiving adequate care or proper testing.
I thought I was dead when I walked through the doors and angles where there to greet me and take me to the King but after the angles took me to the back and gave me a breathing treatment I realized I didn't make it to heaven I was i was at Fast Track and I was a live and we'll. All I can say is thank God for Fast Track.
