Firestone Complete Auto Care, Lee's Summit MO

Have visited 2x now and both times I was greeted immediately and warmly. The service had been spot on and very reasonable. I know my way around a wrench, and everything that they have recommended has been needed and not a thing more. Highly recommended for those who don't know wrenches and busy professionals like myself.

Had my tires balanced and tire patched when I received my truck back I took it on hiway going home and rear tires vibrated worse than before when I returned to tell them the manager in front of several other customers confronted me saying how did I know it was tire and if it was front or back. He was acting as if I was clueless then once they did the rebalance he came in told me thst there guy failed to see that inside the wheel there was mud that threw off machine they did correct balance however. Two months later I go to have brakes done at another shop and my wheel lock key is not there so they never returned my key costing me time and 50 to replace key. Use this place at own risk I'm sure they have a lot of good people working there but the out come cost me dearly thank you and good luck

Clayton is so professional, personal and made this customer feel like my problems were important and needed all of his attention at the time. I would rate him a number 10.

My boyfriend came in for an oil change. On his way there he drove 70 mph on the highway. When his car gets pulled into the shop he has a nail in his tire and the tire light is on which was not on on the way there! The nail was on the side of the tire to where the tire had to be replaced. If he had driven on this nail, it would have been all the way on his tire. This nail was hanging out like someone had just put it in his tire. I spend thousands at firestone for maintenance every year and we will NOT be returning.

Squeezed me in today pretty quick for an oem inspection. Anyways super friendly staff and super helpful. This staff is knowledgeable. I'm just thankful that the employee asked questions because I would never of gotten helped today. Thank you Firestone.

I travel a lot. I have three vehicles on the road racking up a lot of miles. Nathan has always made my limited time in town stress free and keeps my vehicles in top shape. This store is easy to deal with and very respectful of your time. They operate like a small town mechanic that you can count on and trust.

This place is more interested in upselling then doing what’s best for the customer. Quoted me $1k for their services and Meineke did the job for $500. I saw Clayton the supervisor interact with other customers and he uses typical sales tactics in his conversations. I don’t understand why mechanics try to up sell because they just lose customers in the long run. Go to Meineke Lees Summit and Mike will give you a fair shake.

They got me in super quick with a tire emergency even though they had an inventory count going on. They got me a new tire on and out the door in less than 45 minutes!

They have been taking good care of our cars since we have been here. Looking forward to continuing this relationship.

This is the only place I trust to service my car. The staff always explains the issue in a way that I can understand without talking down to you.

Called to get an alignment, guy said they are closing soon to attend a regional meeting. I'm glad they had the customer interest in mind when planning that. Customer last I guess.

Fast work installing new tires and wheels. Applied a coupon that was better than the online special that I came in for.

I had my car towed in Thursday night because the place I got my car was too busy to care that it stopped running. Firestone was not sure they could even diagnose it Friday because they were so busy. I got a call at 8: 15 in the morning that they knew the issue and had already got repairs approved by my warranty company. By noon the car had a new alternator, battery, and oil pressure switch. Firestone’s staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. They are the best and I will go to them for all my service needs!

Went in for an inspection the gentlemen working were very kind and fast. They didn't bs me and try to sell me anything and they were very sweet to my toddler, each worker she spoke to spoke back and acknowledged her. Great job guys!

Went in there yesterday had an appointment to mount and balance tires that I had bought else where. Get there at 4: 05pm guy say its gonna be a 1hr and half. Ok 2 hrs go by and they call me back there and proceed to tell me they can't get the tires to balance out. Says their to big and heavy of a tire for their machine. They are a street nitto 275/70-r18 stock size tire. So after 2 and half hrs I finally get out of there and paid for mounted tires. No sympathy no knock off the bill for all the time. Nothing, just told me try somewhere else sorry bout your luck. So I had to got to another shop (walmart) and pay them to balance them. Told guy what issue I had at firestone about balancing. So tire guy said let me try something. And all he did was flip the tires and remount them on the rim and they balanced out just fine. In and out of there in 45 mins.

These guys went way out of their way to help me get my tire replaced under a third party warranty. Everyone was so helpful and nice, even though I was in there several times bugging them. Definitely impressed with the service and hospitality!

This is the most horrible repair shop ever! They are not honest. The more well known insurance companies in the area will even tell u to stay away. I had two different cars n two different terrible experiences with this place. The first time I just chalked it up to human error but the second time the man was very clear n his lying.and misinformation.

My truck broke down on Sunday, the starter went out. I had to have it towed and had no expectation that it would be repaired on Sunday. But, they completed the repair and had it ready for me to pick it up by 3: 30. The diagnosis and repair were done correctly.

Fast service! I don't like that the sales tech's try to up sale their services. If I come in for 2 tires don't try to talk me into 4. If I come in for a simple oil change I do not expect to leave with a sleeve long work recommendations list. Give me what I asked for and keep your advice unless I ask for that too.
