Firestone Complete Auto Care, Lee's Summit MO

I have always had good luck here. Went for a vehicle ID/OD inspection. Basically this just means the agent need to make sure all the VIN tags on your vehicle match. Engine, door and window. Then you’re done. Much less involved than a mechanical safety inspection. Started at neighborhood Goodyear down the street, they couldn’t get it don’t till next week. 5 days from now. Um, thanks but no thanks. So I went to Firestone, 1/2 mile away and the guy tells me. ”sure, sit tight, give me your keys”. I ask how long. ”it will take longer to ring you up than inspect”. I was literally out the door in 6 mins total and that includes him making time to ring up another customer during the process. Ow I wonder how many 6 min opportunities for excellent customer service Goodyear is missing out on. I know they don’t make much money on these services but this is a great way to show a customer how they will be treated when they need something more significant done on their car. For Goodyear, this was strike 3 and unless I hear/see rave reviews in the future, won’t be returning. Firestone now has my business moving forward and I will begin allowing them to earn a larger share of my wallet because of how they handle my business when it was a small amount.

I made my appointment online 3 days before I needed to get my car inspected, when I arrived at the location for my appointment I was informed that when I make an appointment online that it will let me have any time I ask for but in reality my wait would be a long one, I asked then why would it do that if I had no choice? The man said" to get you in the door" Silly me I should of known that! I asked for corporats # and he refused ans said find it online, so I did. I spoke to corporate and they are ok with how this is done. NEVER will I return to this place for anything. This is my pocket book that opens up and pays your pay checks. This consumer will take that somewhere else.

Brandon and the crew at Firestone are incredible! Great service! Truly exceeded my expectations! Keep up the good work.

These guys, John, Jordon, Clayton, helped us out AGAIN! Nail in the tire right before vacation on holiday weekend, darn the luck, ugg! But John was amazing getting a tire located and Jordon got it on just minutes before closing time. Thank you Clayton for allowing this all to happen, sorry for crying in your waiting room! Everytime we've needed Firestone in Lee's summit they have helped us, so thankful.

The oil change I came in for was pretty quick but they kept trying to get me to buy tires! That's not what I came for!

Friendly staff took way longer than it should have or I was told it would take they did really nice work. My only complaint was time-management.
