If you really want to better serve veterans and improve our care, get out in the facility and actually observe how they are being treated. Sit in on appointments with approval or catch vets as they are leaving and ask them if they got exceptional care. Expectations are high and it’s clear that level is not reached. Too bad there are not other VA’s around the area.
