1st I get home from picking up my pizza. And i didn't have bacon on my pizza when I ordered a pepperoni and bacon. But not a deal breaker. 2nd this was the worst tasting pizza i ever got from any location ever. Horrible tasting and it was dry as hell. I was better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. 0

This place is going down as far as there customer service and delivery response. My pizza arrived COLD and hour past whn it was supposed to be delivered. On top of tht my pizza was destroyed one side sticking to the opening of the box. Will not be doing business with this establishment again.

Food was of average quality. Salad was missing a few components that were orders. Crust was also to hard, im guessing if it was served as soon as it comes out it might be grand.

I Love It Great Fast And Friendly Service. The staff are always welcoming and nice and the food is always Fresh and Hot. I go there so much I feel like I know them all.

They did not cook my pizza well done as I requested. They said they took it right out the oven and brought it to me but iwas COLD. The whole reason I ask for it well done is because I enjoy CRISPY THIN CRUST PIZZA. So if your looking for good pizza and good service I suggest you take your business elsewhere

The sauce is getting saltier.but the pizza is still the best. The wings aren't cooked hard (done) enough for me but it's all about the pizza anyway.

Excellent customer service. Pizza was delivered hot and quicker than told. Driver was super nice. And the best pizza we've had in years. Actually maybe best pizza ever. Delicious. Can't wait to visit St. Louis and order again.

This place I've always order for years but lately the are being so rude a guy name Jerome, whom he say he is the manager, very snappy to me hung phone up on me when I asked a question then when I called back he really just took another call while I was speaking to him so shameful, but I wont let the devil have me cause I'm a senior and I wont get my soul into the evil stuff he was trying. He told me to call back at 10am and talk to the owner and slammed the phone down, WOW so sad, I'm praying for that young man that he dont run into the wrong person

Ordered online and has a free item that didn't transfer to the stores computer but the manager fixed the problem by giving me my item anyway. Great service

DO NOT EVER ORDER from here. When my food arrived it was SPOILED ROTTEN! Cheesecake tasted like OLD MiLK! I called to get a refund and the lil boy (manager) was so rude and told me take it up with the owner! I'm calling the health department!

They messed up my order on purpose I guess as a way of getting back at me because I told them my last pizza was burnt.idk what kind of place this is.and it doesn’t taste like the regular imos pizza.order from any location but here. I wouldn’t even call this a business just a bunch of childish people making “food” which isn’t that great to begin with. The manager is even worse than the workers.

This location, is one of the most ghetto, unprofessional locations that has ever graced Gods green earth. How do you speak to customers who assist in paying your bills like they owe YOU something? Very disrespectful. I called to inquire about the delivery radius, then the chick (because that’s what she is) asked the address, then asked If it were a house or an apartment, I said apartment. She then asked if it were a two family flat or a four, I reluctantly said I don’t know, four? She then asked very rudely if it had four apartments, I said yeah, I guess. Then she asked are you there? I said yes, she asked how many apartments were inside? I said four, very rudely again she said it’s a four family flat then, I said no it isn’t but I’m not going to argue with you about whether this is a flat or not and she hung up on me. Luckily I didn’t have my car at the time because I would have gone up there. Not on anything violent but to set her straight because clearly she doesn’t comprehend that they/ (she) are working a job that provides a service to the community and the community is who keeps them open. Service like this, is why Chinese people too, are so comfortable being disrespectful to their customers. Y’all have to do better during the hiring process, do some back ground checks or something. I’m sure this chick has a record and is from the east side projects. Community citizens, you have got to stop patronizing these businesses with poor to no good customer service. This type of behavior makes me wonder if they are tampering with peoples food out of spite. I think Bonquisha should be reprimanded or terminated. Yes, I’m one customer, but she was mighty comfortable hanging up on me, which further lets me know that she has done this to many other customers. My call was made on April 19th 2019 at about 10: 30pm. This is not the last they’re going to here from me.

Placed a order an was told it would be 1 1/2 hours before delivered an they would call when there outside. Time went by an we got no call so we called an asked about the order an was told we can not order online an not only was she rude about it she couldnt even asnwer one simple question.did the driver ever call the number we used to place the order. Went to talk to the manager who was the rude one on the phone an noticed bugs on the floor an rat traps around the kitchen. It smelled so bad i couldnt argue wit them i just left

I ordered food at 7.it came around 8.and they forgot my salad. I called at 8: 07 and I’m literally STILL waiting and it’s 9: 33. After they’ve told me two times that he should be on his way. I know y’all probably thinking, “It’s just a salad. ” Idgaf what it is, they took my money. I want my food.

I called to order some food, and the customer service was disrespectfully rude. The girl who answered was rushing me, and cutting me off and eventually told me they don't deliver to my address because of the people who previously stayed here. It's unfair because I tried to explain to her that the people no longer live at my address and she literally hung up on me. I called back, she answered and instantly put me on hold with an attitude. I'm calling corporate because I love Imos, but they have to get rid of lazy miserable employees with a lack of respect. I will not be returning to this location, their all over the place and don't know what professional is.
