24Horrible. Ordered sausage, Pepperoni and Black Sausage. Got a large Cheese Bread pizza with half done crust. Stingy on the sauce too. Will never go back. I know where I will get my monies worth and it ain’t here. Please close down before you dishonor the IMO reputation.
Awful customer service. I called and they talked and act like they hate their jobs. I said I would call back and when I called back they were worse than the last time. If they weren’t so rude I might have went ahead and placed an order at this location but no they probably would have sabotaged my food for no reason or something.
The cashier was great at customer service she did great about asking for my id with my credit card. Very good and fresh food
Horrible customer service. You know a location is horrendous when you have a bunch of immature "adults" attempting to run a pizza restaurant. They clearly lack the ability as well as the brain capacity to know how to treat their customers. Not to mention the ability to make a decent pizza! I'm not sure how they do there pies in st. Louis but next time there is a puddle of cheese in the center please included some tortilla chips so we can enjoy 2 meals in one. The pizza was undercooked (even tho they denied it) and refused to refund our money back. If you want to order from them please reconsider! You would have better luck eating a lunchable at least then you knew it was made right. And to the owners who clearly have a attude problem I wouldn't be so cocky considering your private store location has some of the WORST complains as well as the lowest star rating. So clearly you guys are doing something wrong! I hope you enjoy your busy well it last.
