Imo's Pizza

These people sound absolutely horrible on the phone they have an absolute attitude it is absolutely disgusting the way these people answer the phone and talk to you.

The pizza I picked up in store today barely had any pizza sauce or cheese, and was very chewy/hard. Defiantly not worth the money. I should of went to the Tesson Ferry location instead.

Imo's has the absolute best thin-crust pizza! Their salads are incredibly fresh, cool and crisp. Bonus: the unique Provel cheese and signature house dressing. Imo's has been serving remarkable St. Louis style pizzas for over 55 years.

Coming from a former imos employee, I can tell you wholeheartedly that this place is a joke. They tell everybody 20-25 minutes and then you wait for 30 at the restaurant. Pick a different location.

This is my favorite Imo"s. Everyone is so nice. Especially the people who deliver my order. Food is always great. Keep up the good work.

Pizza was so burn I pay$60 for some burn pizzas and dry wings call the manager she responds by said a $5 off next order. Did not even apologize about the burn pizza. This is really sad my kids use to love Imo. I will think twice before getting Imo in the future. It really loseing customers even shifts

Always terrible customer service! They mess up your order and act like it’s your fault. They do not use manners and will argue with you even when they are wrong. I am not coming here anymore. I don’t know who is the manager here, but I think they need a new one with some new employees and some training in customer service.

Absolute worst customer service ever call and order a pizza it came in a fairly timely manner tip the man he left came inside took a bite of my pizza it was cold I have a couple friends over they each took a piece agreed that it was cold called the rest ask him you know what are you guys going to do they said we can make another pizza or give you $2 off I said make me another pizza and bring it she puts me on hold comes back to the phone and then says that if I've eaten a bite out of the pizza they will not make me another Pizza Im like how am I supposed to tell if the pizzas cold if I didn't pick it up and take a bite of it I will never order from this restaurant again terrible customer service if I could give them less than one I would Imo's Pizza Lover for 40 years but not this one never again

The staff and managers at this store are incredible. Friendly, polite, professional, and customer-oriented. I had a pizza delivered without toppings by mistake. Not only was it corrected - and promptly - but the manger threw in a free order of provel bites. I had a female delivery person, which was refreshing. I spoke to several people over the phone and all of them had outstanding customer service.
Imos is a treat in our household, and we will continue to be loyal customers. Thanks for wonderful experiences.every time.

Great original Saint Louis style pizza, quick, quality service, and selection of toppings for the customer to choose and eating enjoyment. Additional food choices to fulfill a more variety meal.
Order the vegetarian, sausage/mushroom XL, and large salad, to have leftovers for the next day.

Imo's a Saint Louis standout thin crust pizza, with many options of toppings for customer taste buds to indulge and delight in. Salads, drink's, and other food options available to order.

I love imo's Pizza and I realize they were super busy on Valentine's Day After waiting for an hour for pick up My pizza was cold In a forgot the dressing for my salad My toppings on the pizza were chintzy and there was hardly any cheese

Everyone loves and knows Imo's is super great and delectable. This location is awesome because there was no wait at all. I was more than satisfied!

Come on now people at the st. Louis classic I shouldn't have to tell you that we're the inventors of thin crust st. Louis style. Always delicious pizza comes out of their ovens. I think they've got some of the best provolone ever. I even buy it at the supermarket to put on my sandwiches.you better get a big salad too if you love that provolone cheese cuz it's going to be on their cold get the chef salad you won't regret it I also eat their dinner entrees to like cannelloni or manicotti super awesome.and you can't go wrong with getting some wings too and some garlic bread with the provolone melted on it. Generally all animals have gone to or good I really haven't had too many bad experiences. So come get you some

Just ordered a thick crust pizza, half and half. Received a thin crust pizza and it’s not split half and half. More like 2/3 and 1/3. Wings have hardly any sauce. Worst experience I’ve had with Imos

The south Lindbergh location has horrible customer service. Ordered online, arrived early, paid and had a seat. People came in picking up their orders and I’m still sitting there waiting past the promised time. Good thing I got up and asked or I’d still be sitting there. My pizzas were just sitting there like they forget I was waiting. Then they weren’t even going to give me my whole order, had to ask for the garlic bread.

Worst customer service. Management is useless. I love Imos but this place doesnt deserve to use the name.

I ordered a med. 2 topping pizza online for my lunch. The order was placed at 12: 01 pm today 11/4/19. The email confirmation said that the order would be ready at 12: 41 pm. At 12: 50 I still did not have my order so I called and was told that the delivery guy had my order and it was on it's way. He finally arrived at 1: 05 pm. I went directly to eat and the pizza was ice cold. Now I only have one hour for lunch and am also an insulin dependent diabetic so I have to eat. I called the store explained my situation and all they would do was either make a new pizza and exchange it or give me $5.00 off my next order. By that time there was only 15 -20 minutes left to my lunch hour and I did not have the time to wait for another pizza. I wanted a refund of my money and they could have the cold pizza back. Nope that was not happening. So in order to get my money refunded I had to leave work, drive like a bat out of hell to get to the store to get my refund. After leaving the store and drive back to my job my lunch hour was over. Why couldn't the delivery guy be sent back to pick up their cold pizza and then refund me my money? Where was the customer service? Let alone the customer satisfaction. I will never order or go there again! I will also make sure that all of my co-workers hear about my experience so they won't have to deal with this kind of BS either. VERY DISSATISFIED! By the way. I did not get to eat lunch.
