26Terrible wait times. You can order online and come in the store 30 after your assign time to wait another 30 minutes because they forgot your order but won't ever apologize for it.
This rating is for the wings. Absolutely horrible. They are not naked wings like before.wont order again. The pizza was great and order arrived on time but those wings.yuck!
Horrible service at this location I spoke with the manager he refused to help I’ll never order from this location again food was thrown together pizza stuck to the box it was ordered 30 min before closing and I didn’t receive my whole order just ridiculous
Sat on hold for 10 mins no one ever came back to the phone my frozen pizza could almost be done after that wait horable service
Wanted pizza for my Birthday. Ordered and waited 40 minutes until I finally went and asked if my order was in progress. Keep in mind a customer that ordered after my wife and I was eating already. Shortly after that I was told my order was ready and asked if I already paid! We said yes and headed to the car where we noticed the Pizza was Cold.
My wife upset, goes back on to express her frustration and is offered the money back for the pizza. We get home with our cold food to find we have the wrong pasta my wife ordered. We warm and eat the food! My wife still frustrated calls to again express to the manager this is unacceptable service and we will probably not return to this location again. The manager rudely argues with her telling her it was her fault that she was wrong on her selection and doesn't even offer an apology. Everyone working looked like they did not want to be there, made no eye contact when talking, and had miserable looking face. Unbelievable. We will never return to this location! We will give our business to another location!
This location sucks. Messed up carry out time before last. This time ordered at 12: 19, gets here 1: 30. Cardboard tab for box top was wet. Pizza was soggy and chewy. Id be embarresed to give this to somebody who never had imos before. Edit: it was still good cold
