30 STAY AWAY! DISHONEST, BED ETHICS, WILL CHEAT AND TRICK YOU! In my case, after the purchase price was negotiated and confirmed 3 times; twice on text messages (that I still have copies of) and once on the sale worksheet (that they still have a copy but refused to give me a copy), at the end, without my knowledge, the final selling price was increased by $500 on the final purchase order and the contract which I neglected to closely review and tricked into signing. At one point, the dealership admitted that the price on the contract was wrong and agreed to refund the different plus taxes (I have a copy of the check request that was written up but never processed). However, the refund was never issued because the sale manager, Blair Redmond, decided that the contract I was tricked into signing was final and they owed me nothing.
Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM JAY WOLFE ACURA IN OVERLAND PARK!
A very close friend of mine told me about a recent experience with the service department, where they tried to call him to tell him his wheel bolt was too tight and if anything broke while they were servicing his car for a SAFETY RECALL he would be liable. I've owned a few luxury cars and never have I ever heard of this. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be telling others to steer clear of this place.
Absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my Acura at Jay Wolfe. Made an appointment to check out the car, was met at the door by Xavier Brown who was amazing. He worked with me on my trade in and I was driving away in my new car in under 2 hours! Trevor in financing made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend making Jay Wolfe (and Xavier and the entire staff) your first stop when car shopping!

About 2.5 years ago I was shopping for a used Honda/Acura. Having a 2000 Honda Civic (a tank) I had to stick with a Honda or Acura. I searched and searched and SEARCHED for a car for months. I so badly wanted an Acura.but being a 22 year old college student, I didn't think I would be able to find a used, low milage Acura in my budget. Well, one day I did find the exact car I was wanting, a 2009 TSX w/ tech & only 49,000 miles, a true cherry! Let me just tell ya, buying from Jay Wolfe Acura has been amazing and I always recommend that my friends and family check them out when they are in need of a car. Norm Dean was my salesman, and he has been awesome! Periodically, he will check in to see how my car is doing and if I need anything at all! He is just so great. Today is actually my birthday and they called to tell me happy birthday! It's the little things like that that make this dealership great and their customer service outstanding. Jay Wolfe Acura is always amazing they have the best service department I have ever seen and the people are always friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond and every respect. I honestly think that their service department makes me want to only buy my cars there.
Went 3 times just to have the anti theft on the radio reset. Each time the staff became more rude. There were a sekect few who were very helpful, but i feel like i was being judged or looked down on because of the clothes I wore. As long as you're in dockers and not dickies, you should be fine.
All I can say no pressure, great deals, amazing service department and a very nice lounge to use while you wait for your car!

This is for the Parts Department. I was in on a Saturday. Although they only had one parts person on duty, he worked hard and was very courteous.
I recommend having a backup person available to answer the phone and pull stock to avoid people waiting on line.
Very disappointed in the process.took me 3 calls to schedule and then try to reschedule an appointment, i finally just cancelled.it was much easier when you could just talk to an advisor.

Very good service. Low pressure service advisor. I choose to perform the simple maintenance on my own. I will continue to use the dealership for services such as transmission flushes in order eliminate controversy around any potential transmission failures.
