I have bought 2 new Acuras here and my family has bought a new vehicle here as well, great team of sales people very friendly and professional. Service and parts department definitely needs to be more knowledgeable about the parts they sell as well as how to install/program them properly. I was shopping for a OEM genuine Acura remote start and wanted to buy from Jay Wolfe as they do the service on my vehicle, I was told the auto start kit comes with only one key fob that has the remote start function, multiple other Acura dealers said that it comes with 2 fobs for driver 1 and 2 with remote start capability on each. I ordered the kit from another Acura dealer and had it installed, took it to Jay Wolfe for programming and was told that I had the wrong key fobs and they couldn't get it to connect, got a call little while later saying I had the right fobs but wiring was wrong or not installed correctly. Ended up taking it to another Acura dealer and got both keys programmed and working withing minutes.

Pretty sure they have an inside bay to wash cars, but mine was not washed.
Called attention to a problem with outside air that blows in through the underside gap of the glove box but it was not addessed.
I had a wonderful experience here. Everything was fairly fast and easy, and the faculty made everyone feel comfortable as well.
So impressed with the way we were treated. The customer service was phenomenal. I didn't feel pressured into my purchase. Nick and Sam were very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. We left very happy. I couldn't imagine buying anywhere else ever again. Definitely earned my forever business.
Being very busy @ 9am, my service advisor robert made me feel like a friend checking in and out when service was complete. While I was waiting, I talked to Jon in sales who was very patient answering questions about the features of the new models, besides having a breakfast sandwich and a drink, complementary car wash, all around plesent morning! Will continue to have our acuras serviced here. Thanks, Dan
