Kensington is a great place to live. I've been here a couple years now and they couldn't have been better. Anything that needs done gets done quick, and now they've beefed up Apt security. I have the All-inclusive package which is also a nice option to have.

My Fiance and I are going on 2 years of living here and we absolutely love it. The maintenance is perfect. Whenever you call, whether something's broken or if your internet is down on a Sunday, which happened to us, they are usually there within a few hours! The place is really clean and it has 2 beautiful swimming areas! The people in the office are super nice, as well as the maintenance crew. Couldn't have had a better experience living here! So far anytime a problem has arised they have been super helpful and flexible. The maintenance crew is really nice and gets things done in a timely manner. Not everything has been perfect because problems will come up, that's just how life is, but when they have the staff has always done their best to fix the problem as best and as quickly as they can.

Wifi is very slow- don't expect to be able to load videos. Wifi problems have been reported to office multiple times with nothing being fixed. Half of the gym equipment is broken and has not been fixed even after asking the office to fix it multiple times.
