McDonald's, Kansas City MO

Outside appearances mean something but as a former employee we were motivated by two things to get to the end of our shift to payday

Went to the drive-thru and waited for my order to be taken and nobody would saying anything. I kept saying hello hello they took the order of the person on the side at the other drive-thru. But they never came to the mic to the other side they couldn't even say wait a moment nothing.we're coming from out of town and get that poor of a service. I left the drive-through and went to another McDonald's over in Independence I-70 and they were very polite and took my order promptly.

This mcdonalds is THE WORST one I have ever been too! The customer service is horrid, they are the slowest store in town and the store itself is disgusting. This place couldn't be more unprofessional if they actively tried to be unprofessional. Because at least then someone would be putting in some effort. Save yourself the pain and show yourself at least the small amount of self respect you can and don't go here.

One of the most slowest and rudest places to eat at. Whether you eat in or through the drive thru. It's very unprofessional how the workers act here. No sense of professionalism or care.

Fast convinced and hot and ready. The app makes its so much better to kill time or gain time and so affordable.

Was greeted by rude teenagers who don’t even want to work there in the first place and I asked for a coke and they literally said no we ain’t taking cash.like In what world is cash not accepted

I swear every time I go there they mess my order up. I don't eat onion so it doesn't matter how I stress that, I end up with onion. So irrating! This time left me waiting almost 20 mins for them to bring it to the "third" window. OMG never again

We tried to order 3 times at the mic each time the woman at the mic got it wrong. When we got to the window we tried again and the woman at the window didn't get it right either. We had to give up and go to a different McDonald's. Don't go here unless you don't care about the quality of your food, or service.

Do not eat here.go to the next one. Worst service. We were the only people in the drive thr.and he still asked us what our order was at the window.the food was terrible. Bun was crunchy? And.i have been on the toilet with Explosive Diarrhea for over an hour.never again.

Worked late and my boss wasn't too happy but ivory I believe that's how you spell saved the night.they didn't have coffee and she made a fresh batch. She didn't have to and we didn't think see was. Great person.

Its hard to cold, slow, and wrong when it comes to fast food but they always seem to pull off this amazing feat everytime

They have good food but sometimes there bathroom is not clean and that makes me not want to go back there anymore

This is the worst McDonald's in this area. Always rude always slow and the food always tastes old.

This is the sorriest McDonald's I've ever visited.spent 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting on my order if I go on inside it's 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my food I just got my food got home and my food is cold. Try to call up there and talk to the manager about it and they never answer. Close it down. A waste of $15.

Staff lakes, motivation and gusto. I'm always treated well cause I'm handsoME. Hire more classic men.

Worst restaurant in America, it's dirty, slow and unprofessional. Love you so of wrong order food and forgets items often. The employee curse and are mean. They often fight with each other in front of customers

Food is always cold when they are supposed to be hot and Drinks are either water down or old, when you go back to complain something is missing, workers roll their eyes and mumble under their breath. Employees are also always on their phone. Yes, I understand it's a "fast food" resturaunt but at least have some hot food!

I went in for some ice tea n ice cream.cashier was not very useful n I waited 15 minutes until the manger asked her about the ice cream

Super clean, food was fresh. Cashier seemed like she was very put off by having to be at work but other than that, very nice McDonald's

Employees were polite, food was received hot and in good time. (This is the first time ive ordered breakfast from any Mcdonalds after the menue changes to lunch and received fresh breakfast that wasn't hours old) I Would definately go back, Thank you for such good service
