Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
34Angel gave us great customer service. Getting the order correct was a different story. Overall I'll give them a 6 out of 10. The food was fresh & hot.
This location has a new owner. The food the we ordered a couple of weeks ago was more expensive this time. Our food was rang up a la cart and we ordered 2 fries one of them was crushed under the other food. We've been to this location regularly but the disappointment is such that we will consider going to a different location.
They are fast & Friendly. They have excellent Breakfast sandwich, Mccafe, Big Macs, and the Bar-B-Que pork ribs (when they have them)
I only go to the one on van brunt because it's close to home they never have enough cashier's they have 3 pos systems and only one cashier so especially on Sundays it's like there's more emphasis put on drive-through than eat in
The severis is extremely slow you wind up standing in line at counter for uo to 20 min to place your order in plan view of costumers frem5 uo
I'm not exaggerating when I say there were 10 homeless people, not eating, just hanging out talking about fighting and drugs. There were probably 5 more homeless that were eating. I guess this place is a homeless shelter. Will never return.
Not the best location. Though McDonalds' company has standards, this location did not uphold them. Our order was not even warm and the staff was inattentive to our order and barely even acknowledged my presence even when I asked a question.
To slow stayed I the drive thru for 20-minutes Fry's is cold drink was watered down Burger was slapped together
Someone needs to remove the stick in an inappropriate place in the shift managers domain. Rude, if she treats veterans this way, the veterans will stop coming for their food, no wonder this stores rating stinks.
How is it not cross contamination for a customer to refill their drink before they leave, vs a individual getting ice for a ice bag using a cup?
Poorest service by far I've had at any McDonald's in the kc metro area. Typical to spend 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru line at times of the day when they aren't even busy
Attitude Attitude Attitude these folks have it in spades however its the wrong one. Staff if rude and the cop that watches the restaurant tried removing me from the place for sitting on the phone too long.
Well the food is always fine but the service is not good. I've had the wrong items in my bag only to find out once I got home. I've had missing items. I usually have to ask for a receipt. And I have had to wait at the pull ahead second window for 15 minutes several times. Supposedly waiting for fries when I saw at least 10 cars maybe more go through behind me and I guarantee that some of them had fries or probably all of them. I asked to see the manager both times and it took about 5 minutes for a manager to come to the window and I got nothing not even an apology. Just excuses.
You can get bad service anywhere but this McDonalds is ghetto and it’s in the ghetto but I am surprised they haven’t shut this place down yet I cannot speak for every single one of these McDonald’s that exist all through out the nation but this is probably the worst McDonald’s in Kansas City, Missouri they have kids who are still learning and should know to respect one another just know that the employees are rude to other employees are telling that customers don’t like other customers and customers and employees don’t respect each other in vis virsa which means it can go either way I am nothing but nice to them and yeah employees show me a lot of love but sometimes the manger has very low self esteem and acts like she doesn’t care how loyal you have been to this restaurant and that she doesn’t know how to run a business and I guess she knew what she was going to put up with and that she is aware of hiring people that she doesn’t like and god forbid if you don’t like her people have a good reason not to like her so I don’t try to tell people to take it personally but I personally do not care for McDonald’s I especially don’t care to eat there or work there just know it could be better then than nothing but there is nothing clean about that place that place is a dump and some of those girls that work that could do better just know that u ladies r willing to do a job that no one else is willing to do but even when you work ur ass off and u still get fired it just shows that you are nothing more than a tool and that it’s not worth the time, the money, or the effort being in a place like this that tells you to make the most of it all in all that place is on some other s***!
I was in "Minor distress" when i entered the McD's Sunday or Monday last, in the 11th hour of the p.m. The handle of the cold metal door was Oddly comforting I remember as was the smell of hot fresh fries bubbling away in the fryer. I went straight to the mens toilet to relieve my distress, one stool, occupied, should I go to the women's toilet? I thought, no I can hold it. Probably 3 or 4 minutes went crawling by when a large man emerged from the stall. He was shaking his hulk like hands dry and I almost didn't notice. Whoa, "there's no sink in there", I thought. He could have only got wet hands in a couple of ways in there it is man and stool in there, that's it. I poked my head in the stall and i am very disappointed to see "water", at best, splashed around. Floor, wall and SEAT! No, not the seat. Out the door to the counter I bolted, I weigh 285 lbs, I lumbered my way to the counter again. Apon reaching the cashier/facilitator at the counter i informed the employee I needed toilet tissue in the mens bathroom. After 5 mins of pass the buck the teen/20 something male with the poorest pass the buck skills, Sauntered through the door from behind the order counter. Just this guy and my mad skills in sterilize stool, a 2nd level plumber spell, I will get in the restroom in 3 more minutes. NOPE, Nada, ain't going to happen. College boy is mopping the lobby, WHAT? Urghh! Moderate distress. I went to the swab looked him in the eye and with the angst of an old salty dog. No the meekness of a church mouse whispered, "bro I am going to S*** myself, a little help please. " now He hustled to the back. I returned to the mens restroom and continued working the floor, wall & seat relief within my grasp. So, The moral of this story is threefold 1) reindeer on mars, panhandling nickels to pay a tollboth attendant to espress their anal glands. That's funny 2) avoid this McDonald's especially if your not there for burgers and fries and if you are, try Town Topic located downtown/crossroads district. 20th & broadway, I think. They are really often a town topic especially after midnight. (Open 24/7) and last but though tertiary this is the headline, I ranted and buried it. 3) stay out of the public restroom desert, that is any hood, USA when your in even the mildest of gastoral intestinal distress.
