McDonald's, Kansas City MO

Was delicious. Had a double fish sandwich n fries. All fresh. Just cooked fish - juicy tasted wonderful. I went kind of late. 20 minutes before closing. Dont know what the young ladys name was, BUT THANK YOU. BEST FISH SANDWICH EVER.

Consistent, excessive wait times (like typically 20-30 minutes in a drive thru line). I've already called corporate, but of course, no one really cares to fix it. Bad management, and probably never going to be fixed at this location. I'd be willing to bet "good" reviews are likely all fake. Service is just *so* consistently bad, so it's really hard for me to believe I'm just "catching them at a bad time. "

Terrible the staff was rude and they over charged my debit card like they were trying to steal and the food was cold.

Waiting over 30 minutes for an order still not completed. This place is a joke. Half these people should be fired.

Staff is rude and this store has lots of issues it's time for a new store manger and to retain all workers here and I have call home office on this location so many times it's not even funny

Really all i order was 2 cheeseburgers and someone can’t even get that right. I got a egg muffin and a cheeseburger in my bag. Guess that’s what I get for not double checking before I left. Plus no one knows how to answer a phone.

Service was slow waited for about fifteen minutes to receive my order not even a apology for the long wait time

Food was fresh & hot. The wait time in the drive - thru was horrible. Due to a shortage in staffing the restaurant properly.

If you've seen one McDonald's you've seen them all. There certainly are a lot of interesting people at this one.

A good Mcdonalds, great location at Troost and Meyer, just south of 63rd St. Can get busy at lunch time.

The service is horrible and the last two times I’ve went there it has taken forever. Still go to Mickey D’s but a different location.

Only like their breakfast, the fish sandwich, and fries and drinks. I never like their Hamburgers.

I've lived near this location for 5 years. If there's more than a couple people inside or in the drive thru, expect to wait longer than you should have to for fast food.

NO HAMBURGERS! I'm serious. Tacky sign posted on drive thru last night showing menu items that were available. Everything cooked in a fryer but no burgers. LMAO Typical of this location!

I would have to say that the food was excellent and the service was quite okay hopefully this is something that will continue on. But no complaints at all

This is bye far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my time. Every time I go there there is a issue of some sort, most McDonald's try to make your experience there pleasant but not this one, and it wasn't just a fluke thing, it's everytime. It should be shut down or all managers and employees fired and start over. This is the first review I've ever done but it's so bad there I thought I should let everyone hear.

Went there at 11pm on a Saturday night through the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes with no service. Pulled up to the window and saw people inside but were not taking orders. The drive thru closes at 1am on the weekend, and there was no signage explaining why they weren't taking orders. The staff here is extremely lazy, except for the breakfast crew.

One of the worst McD I been to. Order not right, food cold, fries soggy, way to much sauce on the burger. Personal behind the counter where more interested in each other than the customers

McDonald's is highly recommended for a fast and unhealthy option. My kids love the happy meals & the french fries are delicious. Lol. Has anyone not been to McDonald's? This is a typical spot. They're good at what they do.
