27The McDonald's that I visit today on June 25th 2018 was very unprofessional I went to go get ice cream and left my phone on the counter and found out that an employee of that McDonald's stole it every witch refusing to give it back I end up having to call the police to only to get my belongings back through the police I feel that this McDonald's should be close or that employees should be released fired the employee have no training
This has got to be the worst McDonald's. They cannot accept coupons from the app. Stank attitudes. Customer (me) has to tell cashier how to fix a problem. Order wrong and food cold. This is the 2nd time in less than 30 days I've had problems here.
Meyer location is great drivethru but inside ordering is a bit hectic. The wait on the inside is long. And the food is okay. Its very rarely hot and fresh.
The McDonalds on 64th troost service is horrible the workers attitudes is terrible and they want 15 dollars an hour yea rite get it together. They will never get it customer service is important
My experience is seating with my husband and enjoying the best fries ever and the the hamburgers are awesome
Only complaint is customers curse freely and loudly there. Heard this more than once. Children, doesn't matter.
Hopefully you have at least an hour to wait in the drive thru, because that is always how long this terrible place takes. Staff couldn't care less. Added bonus - a metal rail so you can't leave the line AND it's in the hood so pray that nothing breaks out while you're trapped in that line.
