2 visits in two days.
Employees and Management are slow, dont care, lotta hassles.
Have to walk really far to find assistance. When I finally did.very bad service.
I suggest using Home Depot on Mid Rivers or Hackmanns. I will never come to Menards again unless desperate.

This five star review is dedicated to Bob at the Paint department, who gave us great suggestions for our stair railing makeover project. Bob is really kind and knowledgable. He helped us pick the right type of product for our needs, which saved us tremendous efforts and labor. We really appreciate his help.

Be careful ordering from their website. I used to love shopping here but unfortunately they have lost my business.

I ordered an item from their website, it was to be shipped to my local store for me to pick up between 10/30 - 11/6. FedEx tracking states that they received and signed for my order on 10/30. It's now 11/14 and I still don't have my item. After numerous calls, no one in the store can find my order. To add insult to injury, I have made many attempts to cancel the order and get a refund with Menards corporate customer service, and they downright refuse to cancel/refund and just say that the order is still in transit.

Buyer beware of their website sales, you're better off going in to the store or shopping elsewhere.

I've always been a Depot guy but lately they dont have what I'm looking for. Guess who does. I'm very impressed with Mernards selection and pricing! I also bought a Mernards brand flashlight that came with a lifetime guarantee. The flashlight broke after one year of heavy use at work and Mernards replaced it with no questions asked! I hope you guys are around for a long time.

They had the ceramic stove top cleaner kit I was looking for and many, many other things I didn't know I wanted. This place has a little bit of everything for all your diy people out there.

I recieved some excellent service from Lisa at the Building Material counter. She was very helpful in questions i had.

Our 1st visit to Mennards was Super. We looked at things that Lowes and Home Depot do not have and have done better on regular items. Everyone should visit Mennards

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It's not hard to find someone to help you. I will drive out of my way to go here vs another home improvement store

I can normally buy electrical wiring cheaper here at menards compared to other Box stores I don't particularly like their lumber set up where you have to drive around to the back barn that seems to be a nuisance because you don't get to look at and pick out the lumber you want before you purchase it

I bought shelves and not one of the many workers, asked me if I needed help, putting them in my car. There was a lot of help, standing around doing nothing. An older gentleman (customer) offered to help me in the parking lot
, put them in my car, because he saw I was having trouble. Not very good customer service, for Menards!

DO NOT BUY COUNTERS OR CABINETS FROM MENARDS! This has been a 3 month chaotic stressful mess. First our cabinets were delivered broken and pushed this project back along with other small minor issues. The biggest issue was they ordered wrong countertops that were installed that we paid for. All was asked of menards was to come deliver and install correct counters since it was there mistake. They placed the order for the wrong countertops. They refuse so now we have to have the wrong ones removed and pay to have the correct ones installed. The GM manager was no help and basically just acted annoyed with us. Of course we cant get any kind of response from the corporation office as we have reached out to them too. I am just so disappointed as my husband and I have gone to menards for many things and have been loyal customers and they are not willing to work with us on this issue and have been very un professional. I would not reccomend using them for any major projects as if they make a mistake they wont fix it.

Took forever to find the lumber. Is this place supposed to be a cross between Walmart and Home Depot? Once I found the lumber, found out they'd charge to cut it. Go to Home Depot or Lowe's. Always easy to find what you're looking for and they'll cut your wood for free.

Terrible in customer service, you have to wait 15-20 minutes every time you go in as I only ever had one cashier working

Delivered a load to this store easy getting in dock door got in a door quickly and was unloaded in 15min awesome place to deliver to!

Love this store. Always find what I need and many other things as well. Would have given 5 stars if one guy (employee) in the siding (building) department hadn't been rud and hadn't talked down to us when we were asking questions.

Very poorly managed store. They sold me masonry blocks that they did NOT have in inventory. Before going to this location I check on-line which indicated they had over 50 in inventory. Got to the store and purchased 20. Then went to outside to pick them up. The fork lift driver which assisted me had a hand held unity which showed over 150 in inventory. It turns out the actual amount they had in inventory was a BIG FAT ZERO. The security worker told me this has happened to other people too. Their best effort to keep me as a customer was the following suggestion.go to another store. I am gone and not returning to this store. I suggest you do the same.

The flyer said 11percent off. At the last minute they said it was a rebate, and it comes back as a store credit. I walked out with nothing and will not go back.

Love it more than Lowe's or Home Depot. Staff is awesome, they have everything, even groceries and greeting cards for your one stop shop. Plus 11% rebate on practically everything!

Excellent service had plenty of staff to answer questions and show us where items were at. Not like Lowes or Home Depot where u cant get any help from staff. We love Menards just wish it was closer to Troy, Mo
