24Great service. Mike and Mijan were absolutely a joy to work with. They could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Mike, being the manager went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion! MW, however really hides and sneaks in fees to preexisting offers.be careful.
While the pickings were slim when it came to bow ties, the service was very pleasant (as it has been each time I have been in). I will be back when it is time to buy another suit.
Good experience overall booking a wedding party tux rental. Very friendly staff. It took a bit of time and there was an error in the reservation though. Convenient that it's a national chain for out-of-town wedding party members.
Today I received excellent customer service from Mijan Rahman at the store in Brentwood, MO. He helped me update my wardrobe for a job interview tomorrow and was even able to get the pants tailored for me! I feel confident that I will look sharp for the interview. Thank you, Mijan (Happy, Happy)!
