My Fisher & Paykel washing machine was on the fritz and defied the technician to resolve it. But he refused to let it best him. It turned out that the control module had shorted out when a couple of hundred ants invaded it and the replacement module was not correctly programmed. It took three trips and a lot of patience, but he got it all straightened out. I sold major appliances for about 15 years and I'm a bit of a gearhead myself. I was impressed with my tech's product knowledge and cared in his work. Oh yeah, he was also prompt, polite, neat, and the bill was reasonable. I'd call this company again for service in a heartbeat.
