I can’t express how stressful it’s been to find a place during all this COVID mess. Lots of things have been delayed and the over all process to buy/rent has definitely been stretched out. But one thing for sure, is this place has their operations/response time up to par. Everyone here gets back to you the same day you reach out to them and is willing to work with you to the best of their ability. The person I’ve been working with, macee it probably this place’s most valuable asset. She takes the whole stressful process of applying for an apartment and is able to convey things in way that easily understood. On top of that, she is very eager to help and has a lot of patience. Those kind of attributes are hard to find in the customer service world and she definitely has that down.

Lorryn is the only one in the office worth anything. That other girl Laura is not very nice at all. I have honestly never seen the actual manager do anything. Lorryn is the only one that was ever capable of answering any questions, and you know that what she says is truthful. She is a straight shooter and won't BS you. This property keeps switching management companies but they have always kept Lorryn. I promise you this, the day she leaves is they day my family will give our 60 day notice.

This place is very secure and the security cameras around the building make it feel safe. The rooms are very modern and have a great view. The maintenance is very accommodating and comes as soon as they can to fix things. The reason I really wanted to live here is because of one of the leasing office ladies- Laura Owens. She was super welcoming and accommodating and took are of all of our needs! She made the place feel safe and helped the transition be so much easier!

I have enjoyed my time so far living here at mitchell Park, but the one thing I have enjoyed the most is the customer service. Anytime I have ever had a problem Laura (Works in the leasing office) has always helped me. She is very dedicated, kind, and make you feel like every situation is a priority. Laura is one of my absolute favorite parts of mitchell Park and has changed my views on the place overall. The other lady that works in the office made me personally feel like I am not worth her time. She did not fix any issues I brought up and lacked any sort of customer service. My time should not feel like a burden and that is exactly how she made me feel. Overall, Laura will always be the one I can count on to help me no matter what!

I love living here. They are pet friendly, they have secure parking and the staff here is so easy to work with.

Lived here for about 3 years. I haven’t had any major issues. Rent is pretty high for the St. Joseph area but they are one of if not the nicest apartment complex’s there is. I have a one bedroom and you get a washer and dryer included but they are quite small and can only fit a few clothes at a time. The ventilation is bipolar because it’ll be super hot in the living room in the summer and super cold in the bedroom. Switch that for the winter months. The pool probably hasn’t been running for at least 2 years now and I never see them working on fixing it in the near future. The running track is one of the best features when there isn’t wood chips from kids playing on the play ground and the parents don’t clean it up. Paying for parking is ridiculous! It’s now $50 for one car to park outside in the gated area and I believe it’s $75 for underground parking. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves and it’s mainly not very loud where I live. The maintenance will fix anything you have a problem with pretty quick usually. Front office employees have never given me a problem and are pretty nice. For the most part it’s not a horrible place to live but the price is high, in a bad part of town, and could upgrade some parts of the building. Worth giving a year lease and find something else in the future.

The new management company is so great to work with! Macee, Jayne, Kim and lauren are all great to deal with and make everything such a breeze!

Trash don’t ever think about moving here unless you like a variety of phecies on your floor and sealing through your carpet!

I had never been a renter before and was very nervous about this process. Luckily when I called I got the pleasure of being helped by Macee. She made it her mission to help me in what ever way she could and tried her best at helping me find an apartment that fit my needs. She was very professional yet very personable. That is very hard to find in this town. She is one of a kind!

A HUGE shout out to the women at Mitchell park plaza in the office. They're always rocking it out on whatever occurs during the day. Lets not forget about maintenance guys who are keeping the tenants and property happy. We love living here. Thanks y'all Christina Kunzler

I lived at MPP for several years. When I first moved in the management, office staff, and maintenance were exceptional. My last year there, it was like a 180! All of there prior staff were gone, except for one of the agents who continued to be outstanding in here position. The upkeep of the building went down hill drastically. The pool never did work right and was always frigid. The gym lacked maintenance and the movies and games on the roof rarely worked. The grills were often out of propane which was a downer. The last two managers were a nightmare. I had mice, but the last two managers both refused to rid my apartment, one even said, “well that just happens and is part of it”. Foutch’s should have kept managing the property themselves, never involved a horrible outside management company, kept the first manager, J bc she is one of the best managers I’ve ever seen, and held onto the support staff. The store started out great, but dwindled into a horrible mess. Parking in the underground is recommended and worth the price bc the area MPP is crime ridden, which you should take into consideration. The units are amazing, I love them! The neighborhood is awful, so you should take that into consideration.

Its mostly quiet and fairly secure. I did have a few small issues with the apartment on move in. The refrigerator and microwave were still dirty but they sent someone up and they cleaned them properly an promptly.the staff that i have dealt with (Karen) were very friendly and helpful. The hallways are clean and well kept except for the trash chute area where the floor is sticky almost every day which i guess should be expected.but overall i havnt been dissapointed.

My daughter and son -in-law started living there about 1 year ago. I visit. It's enjoyable living but took away some amenities while the rent went up. (Because of the new owners.)
But I guess that is to be expected. They won't keep good people in there though, if that keeps up.

I live here and waitied at the c store for 20 mins while they was on what was sposed to be a 5 min break and was very upset.

Something breaks in my apartment everyday and the maintenance is in no hurry to fix it. It also smells like pot on the 3rd floor and probably all the other floors.

Great place to live. So much for the kids to do, they love the pool and playground. The office girls are always really helpful.

Guaranteed most of these one stars got evicted. Guess what happens if you don't pay rent? You get evicted! Shocker, I know. If you follow the rules and don't get caught up in the drama that some of the tenants (referred to as the "hall monitors") like to start, this place is great.

Place sucked! It smelled and was dirty. Customer service was the worst out of it all. DO NOT GO HERE! IF YOU WANT CRAPPY SERVICE GO AHEAD. BUT I WONT GO HERE WITH MY FAMILY EVER AGAIN. IF I GO HERE EVER AGAIN TO LIVE WITH MY AUNT FOR THE WEEK I WILL NOT GO HERE I WILL STAY IN THE CAR. IT WAS HORRIBLE SERVICE I MEAN SOME OF THE WORST IVE EXPERICENED. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! I WARN YOU GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Not bad, could be some much more. They have closed the store, and the office doesn't seem to have it together sometimes. But over all it's okay, kinda feel like it's​ over priced tho.
