23 Lived here in '10-'11, sounds like things haven't gotten any better. Management acts like they owe you nothing for your rent. C store was nice though. They don't seem to want to put money into this place so it will continue to suck.
EDIT: Super glad you guys respond to these comments, +1 star for that. If I am ever around there again I will stop by and check things out.
Mitchell Park isn't a bad place to live. There are a few things I would love to see change but nothing majorly wrong with the place. $75 for underground parking was a little steep in my opinion but it's worth it. Pool should be open as late as everything in the building is, etc. I recommend this place and would have no arguments moving back in.
The Apartments are nice and spacious, with a great (at least for St. Joe), and at a fair price. But the hostility and contempt with which the staff treat you is enough to demolish any such merits.
