I am beyond happy with the customer service that we received from John Knox. We first visited the Lake St. Louis Muller’s Furniture in November and did not make a final decision until February. John was super patient with me being indecisive and took the extra step and came to our home, measured and help me feel comfortable with the choice I was making! Everything look beautiful in our new home!

I was in need of a lift chair for an upcoming knee replacement surgery. I was looking for a nice piece of furniture that would fit in with my living room furniture. Renee Hanson at the Lake St. Louis Meadows location did an excellent job of not only helping me find it, explaining all of its details to me and excellent follow up after the sale. I purchased a flex steel lift chair that has multiple settings along with a USB port, and a battery pack in case my power goes out It is extremely comfortable. I slept in it for 14 nights after the surgery until I could finally transition to the bedroom. I would highly recommend Mueller Furniture and Renee Hanson.

A couple years ago, my wife and I were seeking special tables for our wine cellar. We went to Mueller Furniture and Alex Martin helped us design two custom, one of a kind tables that are perfect. Last year when we had another project, our first thought was to go back to Alex for help. We were looking for chairs and a cocktail table and Alex helped us design four swivel chairs and a table that we love. Alex’s knowledge of their products and desire to help us was invaluable.

Bryan Rootz was my salesman and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He really knew his product and information. I purchased a piece of Flexsteel and it’s so comfortable. I’m glad I shopped at Mueller and purchased quality furniture. Highly recommend visiting and taking a look around. Lots to see

Ordered a bedroom set (queen bed frame, dresser, night tables) recently, and loving it. Just installed it in a larger bedroom, and Mueller was able to exactly match the wood type and color of some older furniture we had. The pricing was great, and the manager and staff were all fabulous. We have bought extensively from Mueller in the past, and I plan to continue to buy all of my furniture from them.

Mueller offers great furniture that is well built and top quality. They also have excellent customer service. We worked with Tinda and she was fantastic! We will be back when its time to buy new furniture.

The bedroom set we ordered that day came in ahead of schedule and was exactly what we hoped for so we ordered a dining room set, sofa snack trays, coffee table and then ordered a custom dressing table to match the bedroom set.
The furniture we bought is a quality that will last for generations and certainly make us proud when we have guests.

Horrible streaky mess. The furniture we purchased arrived with an abysmal stain job; streaky and blotchy. We had to fight with the store for someone to come look at it because they "couldn't tell from pictures". A service person came out but they hadn't been told it was to look at stain, they were a scratch repair person. Several weeks went by fighting with this store asking them to restain or let us return the furniture. Finally they decided to send a replacement set (no idea why this was their solution). The new set is slightly less streaky but still awful. I honestly don't have the energy to fight for another fix because it will just come back bad again.

Horrible and rude customer service. Sub-par furniture. Extremely expensive for what arrived and not at all the quality we were promised. Avoid this store.

John Knox went above and beyond to help us fix a connection that had come undone on our leather Flexsteel recliner. I could not figure it out. He stopped by our home on his own time and fixed the issue!
