I prefer shopping online so I don’t have to deal with a sales team. We heard Mueller Furniture had quality, made in the USA pieces, so I decided to drop by. I was greeted by John Duffy and as much as I cringe working with sales, he put me at ease in 5 minutes. He asked a few questions and then directed me to the area that aligned with what we wanted. He provided knowledge about the pieces and then surprisingly walked away. He gave me all the time I needed to look around and take photos. After finding what I thought was the right sofa, he asked that I take fabric samples home to see what would look the best with our furnishings and lighting.

Days later, I went back with my husband. We decided on a different sofa and within a short time, we were through the purchase process. John is honest and trustworthy.
