Price Chopper, Grandview MO

Currently standing in line only 4 cashiers. Store is packed. The 4th cashier opened her lane up. Checked out a total of 4 people. I walked over its now supposedly closed. I told her they needed to get more people up here! Right after i walk away WITH MY ONE AND ONLY ITEM! 1! Uno!

Biggest issue is waiting for checkers. If you shop there be prepared to sit in line for awhile or longer. Good help is apparently hard to find. The cosmetic changes are nice though.

Clean store with friendly staff, great produce section and has a Starbucks inside. Prepare to be on line for at least 10 minutes if you go during evening hours of 4: 00 pm-7: 00 pm.

Longer employed personnel well trained & customer service centered. Newer employee's not well trained & one new clerk does not look at customer's when speaking

If you like standing in long lines, this is the place for you. Otherwise, this is not the shop to get in and get out. They don't always have the produce I'm looking for. They do not have a meat department like hyvee, everything is prepackaged at this store.

If I can give this store zero stars I would. The store metal detectors will go off randomly so the security guard will harass you and interrogate you only to find out you didnt steal anything. I will definitely give another store my money.

I rarely visit this site. It is much cleaner and setup much better than it was in the past. New management is doing great work to the facility.

Prices shown on shelf are less than what is charged at check out. Not enough lanes open causing long lines and long wait to buy groceries.

Huge lines every evening I come in there, other than that they have friendly staff and they keep their shelves stocked!

Always has everything I need and good price. Sometimes the line is stupid long and cashiers r in short supply and slow. Recently I've noticed faster movement and more employees! Good stuff.

They always have what I need, but the lady in the bakery did not take my cake order right so I had to accept what was ready for my kids bday.

I come here for the use of their CoinStar type machine, the employees are always very very friendly, even when I jam the machine a hundred time in one visit with all my dirty coins LOL. Overall experience 5/5

So this is a small grocery store compared to the one in Overland Park. I'm from FL & used to Publix. This place had fresh veggies & fruit!

The cleanest Price Chopper in kansas city! I really recommend hitting up the salad bar for lunch. Everything stays fresh and over so many visits to this place i actually get a free 1lb salad every once in a while. Make sure you use your chopper card though. The cart pusher i forget his name is always in a good mood. Staff is very friendly.

Well it's a brand new store that I still go to Belton because it's a lot better brand new store nicer people better store Grandview it's a South Kansas City store that's all I can say

Your food will expire before you can get through the check out.been many times at differ times of the day and this is always my experience. I usually go 1 town south.

I haven't been to Grandview in years. I love the remodeling that they did. They have so much more than they did back in 2009.

Great selection of groceries that I buy. This particular store is kept clean and in order. The cashiers are friendly and work as quickly as possible to get you through the lines. An enjoyable shopping experience each time I shop here.

Need more cashiers, especially during lunch and between 5-7 pm. Better yet get cashiers that are not telling their life story. They are not professional at all.
