Price Chopper, Grandview MO

Too long of wait in line. Not enough checker and no sackers. Manager should visit the Belton store to see how they operate. I travel to Belton and I'm only 3 blocks from the Grandview store. Shouldn't have to wait that long in line. Need more checkers or more people who are able to step in when line's are 5 to 6 deep.

Good store. Always clean, almost always find what you're looking for in stock, and higher than average friendliness from employees.

They are horrible. Lines are long with cashiers that are too slow or the cashiers are busy talking to another cashier. Get it together! Another reason why other Price Choppers are better. Get your staff together so they can get they customers out. Talk on ya'll break! There is NO WAY no other customer or myself should be waiting close to an hour because of the nonsense. Hire more people or go see how the Price Chopper in RAYMORE, MO is ran and come back to get this one together.

Smell in store is horrible. I think it is from pipes that need to be worked on, but the smell is enough to make you walk back out.

This is truly one of the most pathetic grocery stores I have ever tried to shop in.long lines with only two cashiers.clueless employees.usually out of the most basic items. I was sick and sent my husband out for diet ginger ale, diet Sprite, or diet 7up.guess what.they didn't have ANY of them in ANY size! This is not the first time they have been out of regular items. I'm not very picky about brands so I should be able to find basic items. Good grief, Price Chopper, get it together!

To me the only good part about price chopper is how close it is to me as well as how they revamped it and made it a little nice. The prices aren't great and the customer service is really bad.

The lines here are always out of control. Everything is also overpriced. It's like a big convenience store.

It was decent. Clean. With friendly staff. Mostly. I guess it's not their fault the cashier was so mean. Talking down to everyone. She wasn't even our cashier. We could hear her one lane over.

Price Chopper often provides incredible deals on things. You have to get there on just the right day, but man when I score, I score!

I’ve left twice in the last week because they only have 2 registers going, operated by the slowest checkers in the state.

Needs better employees, too much unstocked areas on the shelves and in the produce section. Couldn't find what I was looking for cause it wasnt stocked

This places name is horribly deceiving. Their products are overpriced. You can literally go to another grocery store and find the same items for 20% less. Thanks 'price chopper' for the deceptive marketing.
