Ross Dress for Less, Kansas City MO

I've ALWAYS been in a hurry for some reason when I have shopped here, but somehow always manage to find something I'm looking for and at way lower prices than other non-thriftstores.

Not a lot of selection on juniors Jean shorts. Some cute sun dresses. Love the dressing room lady!

I made a purchase on 5/5/21 and just floored on the lack of customer service of Associate #465147. First of all, I stood at the jewelry counter for 5 minutes and she offered ZERO assistance. Then I go to check out and once done no THANK YOU. So, I said thanks and she said your welcome. Shouldn't it be the other way around? If this girl is a manager i feel sorry for you. Absolutely, one of the worst experiences ever. KCMO store 1668.

Customer service lacks, they also have no seats or benches available for trying on shoes. Sucks to be pregnant sitting on the floor or trying to balance to try on shoes!

Always great prices and friendly staff.
The cashiers need to be more kind and smile more. Ross needs to boost employees morale.

Prices are good but the place looks like someone just throws stuff where ever needs better tlc with their store straighten stuff up

Ross is a great place for name brand clothing for fractions of what you would pay at other stores, but comes at the cost of having to deal with rampaging children in the store because the parents aren't watching them. Don't even think about coming here 4 back to school shopping or on tax-free weekend, the store will look like a bomb went off in the store and you can barely even push your car through the aisles without running over clothing, children, and shoes

Great name brand clothes at a fraction of a price! Would definitely recommend for any person with a tight budget shopping for clothes or any person who is just looking to save a buck

Great deals, low prices, a little disorganized with items on the wrong racks, but if you look hard, you can find lots of deals and low prices.

I love Ross for it's unique selection of clothes, and it's good selection of housewares (specifically holiday or mugs). The only downside is sometimes you go and you'll find nothing you need or want, and your next trip you'll have a cart full!

For a resale store, it had very valuable clothes for a very comfortable price. I was greeted by a nice man when I walked in, and he told me to have a nice day when I walked out. Good secondary store to go to if you don't find what you're looking for elsewhere.

Clean facility but the prices are outrageous. Instead of Dress for Less they should say Adorn for More.

I needed a suitcase and it was very fast my purchase since they have very good prices and excellent quality and good brands. Very fast check out!

I go there all the time I just think it needs more organizing and better care of the product, I also don't like the fact they don't give us the hangers with the clothes every store gives the hangers if you request it, I also think they need to train their employees to smile a little I always go there and see sad faces.

They have the best prices on kids clothes and shoes, some women's wear if you look is pretty good price.

Perfect for those who like to browse. Stock rotates regularly and its common to find something special. The selection can be limited at times abd the lines can be overwhelming. Id suggest going late in the evening to avoid a rush. Hopefully you find what youre looking for.

Always slow checkout lines. There were probably 10 of us in line and only 1 cashier. I guess customer service isn't their #1 priority. Great deals on everything though.

I don't usually go for clothes, but for the excellent selection of sugar skull themed glassware, towels, and decorations. Best place to go if you like eccentricities like I do. They do have nice clothes for less too though!
