Ross Dress for Less, Kansas City MO

I like this store been here many of times since it been open. Good prices but sometimes a little high. The staff is nice here also.

I love to look at new products when they first come in. There is awesome value in designer handbags. Great price.

If you're a serious shopper then you can usually find some good stuff at Ross. From clothing items to home goods. They also have late hours too, especially on the weekends. The cons are that this location never has the ac working properly in the warmer months and the line is always ridiculously long because there are usually no more than 2 casheirs.but maybe that's how they keep the prices so low?

Love their prices. And they have a pretty good selection of everything. And tons of name brand things.

This place has very affordable clothes, unfortunately it's like every place else I shop to get clothes for myself, never exactly the right size. I guess getting clothes that fit come at a little bit higher price.

I love shopping here I always have great deals and I love shopping for shoes and purses they have great purses

There’s no Customer service! People work there are always rude! I been there around 5 to 6 times and always been very bad customer service!

Like all Ross' stores.great finds with a little looking. Remember, if you ask the staff for a mark down on a damaged item it will probably happen.

I would like to speak with someone about my current experience at Ross. Me, my wife and our 2 month old daughter visited Ross this evening and as we were shopping my daughter got hungry so my wife politely asked the woman working the fitting rooms if she could use one of the many empty fitting rooms to breastfeed our daughter. The employee refused and instead showed my wife to the toilet. My wife proceeded to ask 3 more times and still the woman implored that she use the bathroom stall to breastfeed. Not only was my wife humiliated but she was appalled at the amount of rudeness and disrespect she received from this employee all because she wanted to feed our 2 month old daughter in a fitting room. When I came out of the men’s fitting room my wife expressed to me everything that had happened and I was disgusted. I immediately spoke to the manager in charge, where she did try to help with the situation but my wife was already in tears and had left to feed our daughter outside in our truck where it was cold. I hope this is the last time that Ross ever treats their loyal customers like this. I am a veteran of the United States Army and I will not stand by to watch my wife be mistreated because Ross or one of their employees encompass bigotry and prejudice against breastfeeding. It’d be a shame if Ross started to lose more customers because of their ignorant and poorly trained employees.

It's a very nice store to shop at. Great to do last minutes birthdays gifts. Also once in a while they have nice decorative items for the house like art work, living room decorations, kitchens and bedrooms decorations. Once in a while they also have fragrances cologne and perfumes.

I love the clothing but sometimes when I go it looks like a tornado went through. Like right now at 7pm on a Friday. Looks like they are very busy but I couldn't even find shoes in my size. I had to go through each individual rack to see if there were any my size no matter what the sign stated.

They have great finds but be prepared to wait forever to check out because even though you will see all kinds of employees walking around, they will not jump on a register when the lines back up 10 people deep. And that's at noon, at 3pm and at night and regardless if its a weekday or weekend. (it makes you wonder if it's their policy to penalize you for trying to take advantage of a few good deals.)

Surprised they more than dresses. Men's clothes, large & tall selection including XXXL, jewelry and other household items.

Lots of things here that you don't normally see elsewhere. Good deals and a fun place to browse.
