Schnucks City Plaza, St. Louis MO

I’m a nurse and when I called in a new prescription and refills for one of my patients, the pharmacist, John, was very rude. He was mad because I called in the prescriptions rather than using voicemail or faxing the orders. I’m reluctant to use the voicemail because in the past, patients have told me the pharmacy would say they never received the prescription, so I would end up having to speak to someone in the pharmacy anyway. At any rate, the pharmacist’s rudeness was very off-putting and left a very bad impression.

Online says that the pharmacy closes at I get her at 355pm and was turned away from getting my sons medicine because they said they closed at 4 even though I was here before 4pm. The pharmacist John was very rude and unhelpful in getting the medicine for my son. No customer service at all. Below is the hours listed for the pharmacy. I had to get a ride to get here they don't understand what people go through just to get turned away when I was here before 4 and thus says you close at 6.

This storeis great foe the community and they try there best to serve customers to the best of there ability

Most of the cashiers are rude, security doesn't pay attention, most of the employees aren't helpful. The manager and the only three friendly cashiers are the reason I rated it a three

My experience at the pharmacy today was great. The staff explained the use of my meds to me thoroughly.

All the employees were very helpful from health and beauty to produce not to mention the store was clean

They make you wear mask yet no wipes for carts for weeks now and have all workers at entrance yet No one disinfected carts that were brought in from outside and self check out computers either just nasty! Corona not addressed at this store! To ME!

The store itself is good, but this location is not where you want to be at night and that's the reason for 2 stars.yes they have a security guard but it's still not safe to be alone if your a female or elder person.

I am here from out of state visiting and I needed help in the self check out. Ruth was busy talking with another lady looking at pictures on their cell phones. I asked her to help me (3) times. It took 15 minutes to get help because of the leisurely conversation she was having with this lady. I finally told her this was not professional nor is it good customer service. She looked at me and walked away. I could not find a manager anywhere.finally a young man helped me with the issue and it was resolved. Thank you Marcus for your help.

Self paying service sucks alot when you're about checking out, they barely get large brand varieties of water in big bottles.
Cleaning department either need a boost or are just relaxing last time I check because it's seems like some areas are selected to be swept and mopped.

This Schnuck's closes earlier that the Overland Schnuck's, however it is still convenient and helpful with Bill paying.

This location has too many guys hanging out in front of there asking for money, food, or just hanging out there. The location lot be too dark at night. Not well lighted at all to shop there ALONE. Be careful, and PLEASE watch your surroundings.

That Schnucks is in a depressed area of St Louis but it's one of the cleaner and nicer stores over there

Be careful late at night. Now closes early because of that. But they do cater to ethnic races with their selection of haircare products among other things which is nice. As opposed to some other Schnucks i go to frequently that are not so ethnically friendly.

Watch out for pricing. They will advertise one thing and item will ring up another price. Also not sure where they get their security but they're rude. Oh and look at expiration dates on your food. They don't rotate food correctly i guess. But only store open late sometimes. So.

I wish they would update it like they done with some of the other Schnucks. I would visit it a little more. I rarely go to this location. I usually go to the Ladue Schnucks. I love that one

Had what I needed but very slow had a lot of cash registers but was not enough cashier and yet the store was crowded

We paid for our daughter birthday cake on January the 4! They called us to pick it up! So as we are leaving the store we are accused of stealing the cake! THE POLICE WAS RUDE AND VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL! THEN IT WAS 2 OTHER LADIES WITH HIM BEING DISRESPECTFUL! I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO HIM BUT HE GOT MORE DISRESPECTFUL! HE WAS GOING TO MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE! I FELT LIKE HE WANTED A REASON TO SHOOT ME WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS RITE THERE! AFTER ALL THAT DRAMA THE LADY GAVE US OUR! CAKE!
