Schnucks City Plaza, St. Louis MO

Prices are wayyyyy to high for any supermarket in this social-economically deprived neighborhood. I don't understand why any with a vehicle or on a one bus line would shop at this place.

This Schnucks store has come along way for the better in the last three years. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, well lighted and clean.

I layed my money on the counter and the woman Told me that it's not their policy to pick up money off of the counter and she had a nasty attitude for no reason.

Just because this store is in the hood doesn't mean the service has to be any less than it would be in a richer part of town. The lines here stay so very long, snow storm or no snow storm. Nobody asks if you need assistance and there are several people there trying to sell you their food stamps. Makes you wonder if its some kind of undercover operation (ha) I make it a point to avoid this store, but I had to go there for the sake of time. The cashiers aren't to friendly but if they aren't expected to be then it's not their fault.

Service was terrible. The manager needs to go back to Shop N Save. She"s not needed in our neighborhood store

Very long lines because most of them are closed, slow cashiers.definitely not an in and out grocery store. Plan to be here awhile

The store is always clean. I have always experienced a pleasant trip. I sometimes find it a bit cold as I am an old man. The parking lot is kept clean it is a pleasant corner. I do find the store is a bit small. This tends to limit one's choices.

Items are very expensive. Looking for something and finding your way to the checkout line can be like trying to find the exit to a labyrinth

I believe that this Schnucks location Is not sufficient for the community that it Supports. Also, they need to take A current survey of what customers want. Very often cannot find things that I need. I need to go to other stores to find it.

Awesome grocery store. Whatever your taste this store has it. Self checkout make small purchases a breeze. Low prices keep you coming back.
