St. Louis Bread Co., Bridgeton MO

The manager was pretty rude when I picked up my order and asked for a couple of missing parts. He told me they were out of muffies after I paid and that I needed to pick something else. When I told him I was missing the drink too he yelled for and blamed another staff member and she gave me the muffie and my drink. Lydia the lady at the counter was super nice to us though, the manager just seemed super stressed and it was showing. The food was okay to me though.

Mediocre and overpriced. My order is always wrong or missing items. Usually order delivery, so this is very frustrating as the response I get from the manager is, "Next time use my name when you come in and order and you'll get it on me. " Okay, but I'm ordering delivery for a reason, why am I not getting refunded for missing items? Skip this location all together.

Waited over 20 minutes for curbside “rapid” pick-up at 3: 30 in afternoon. (Not a busy time)
My frozen drinks came out completely melted.

I ordered a soufflé and a sliced bagel with cream cheese through the drive thru.when i get my order they didn’t put the bagel or cream cheese in there and when i went inside to get my bagel, they didn’t even slice it! I used to work at Panera so i know these workers are getting paid at least $9 or more! Completely unacceptable.

They always forget stuff out of my order. Said they would mail me coupons for a meal replacement gave them my address and nothing ever came. Smh bad service.

Make the person in front of someone that is just getting a bagel pull tf up.it should take 30 minutes for a bagel.

They literally have forgotten something every time they've delivered to our place of work. I don't know if it's the drivers fault or the people who package the meal, but they NEED to get that in line.

Disgusting. My husband’s breakfast sandwich came out blackened to the point of charcoal. My flatbread sandwich had frozen chicken inside and was inedible. The side mac and cheese was overcooked. Hands down the grossest Panera we’ve ever had.

This food is excellent and I love how you can order online as you walk in the store. Food was done quickly and salad was crisp and fresh. Nice atmosphere and great choice of foods!

If i were to.give a 0 star i would; i went inn looking to buy some breads a guy on the rigister saw me get inn and he walked away fromm counter waited for like 5 min for services no one showed up i took my money somewhere else.

Ordered dt 2 tomato soups and 2 sandwiches.picked up order went home, when i open 1 soup was missing, no bread, no apples either.it happens very often here, i am regular customer i noticed always missing something in my order! Service is horrible here in this location, not even a smile on the face.what a poor service!

Went in and ordered dinner to go from here last night. We like this location but I was super impressed with the service last night and our cashier Chrysellyn was friendly and efficient taking our lengthy order.

Location is great and sandwiches good. Several times the salads were bad, very old lettuce should have been thrown out. I hope they improve since we really like St Louis Bread Co in other locations. Thanks, Ed

The guy taking our order was texting while we ordered but other than that everyone was super friendly.

Good healthy food, reasonably fast service. Prices pretty high for this neighborhood-$9 sandwich.

Absolutely LOVE IT! SO, so good! Must try the Green Goddess salad! I usually get one of their half salads w/half of a sandwich. Mm-hm! Magnifico! Muah!

I just arrived. It's 10: 40. Many tables open, not busy. I found an open table small enough for just me but it was dirty. I grabbed paper towels and cleaned it off while 4 employees sat in a booth and watched me. Employee talent at Bread Co is declining.

Will not return. No place to sit! Had to get a refund after ordering on a fast lane kiosk. Alot of other people were waiting for tables, too. Just ridiculous. The delivery sucks, too. Tried that and they let it go out all fudged up. Do not do it! You will not be happy with yourself! And a tip goes where?

Its 1pm and have run out of lemon. Tea doesn't work without it and it's really the main reason I come here! Have to stop for it on my way home or will just dump this out. Ugh

I ordered food online and went through the drive thru. I was then told I had to come inside to pick up my food. I have been to the Mid Rivers location and had no problems ordering online and then picking up in the drive through. This location in the past always forgets when I add egg or avocado to my salads. I won't be back to the location on St. Charles Rock Road.
