26I went to the new location to get a mocha latte. I thought it would take 5 minutes or so. I waited in line at least 15 mins & only TWO people were in front of me. By the time I got my drink I've been there more than 20 minutes. That is too long to wait for a drink. I hate the way you cannot see what people are doing anymore. I like the way it was when you could see the person making your drink and make sure they're making it right. My mocha wasn't even hot. It was only warm and didn't even stay warm for five or 10 minutes. I bought the mocha because it's freezing cold today and I wanted to have it stay hot for a while. Mochas just don't taste good cold. I'm not going back to that place! The only good thing I can say is that the employees & manger were polite. Period.
Great food! Delicious souffles and pastries. Some of the best coffee around. I love their new building and the fact that they now have drive-thru service at the Bridgeton St. Louis Bread. Always friendly Customer Service.
The managers are very rude and unprofessional they don't handle situation appropriately like they should one manager i believe name Leslie is very rude and seems to always have a attitude I will never recommend anyone to eat at this location
Freshly prepared, wholesome food. All natural. The Frontega Chicken Panini is OMG Good!

Bad customer service.order food online, call manager to see why food havent made it to my job.he tells me that his driver dropped the food off at the clerk desk.smh.i get no call letting me know my food arrived nor did the manager call his driver to see whom She/He talk to that set are food and left.
Haven't been to this one in a while. Completely redone, self standing, well laid out. Comfy and quiet.
