How true. If Starbucks was terrible, their stores wouldn't be socially distanced 6 ft apart.

They don't wipe the counter closest to the customers well, but other than that its like every other starbucks. Basic but yummy.

This location seems to have trouble consistently with their nitro cold brew, but they always have fantastic customer service.

Well, got a 12 oz coffee when asked for 16 oz. Charged same. My coffee was cold. Could not locate cream 1/2 and 1/2 even after asking for it at purchase. Had to run someone down to get it.

We have made it part of our business to share your joy with our clients as a way of saying thank you to our clients for supporting our team. Each of our clients is excited each time we buy them your coffee.

Great customer service! A great manager is determined by the way the store runs when s/he isn't around! That store runs like a well oiled machine at all times.

Listen here. I ordered a viente coffee with 3 shots of blonde espresso and heavy cream, not some unknown iced coffee, not 3 shots of espresso, not coffee with 1 shot and barely any cream.this is the worst coffee and service i have ever had. It was the young dark haired guy working this morning. I gave up trying to get my correct drink. I would love to have my money back, i would have asked while there, unfortunately i was too pissed to bother a 4th time.

Recently had a massive remodeling. Slightly less seating, but more relaxing atmosphere. It was packed fairly often prior to the renovation with limited seating & I would expect seating to be more at a premium now.

I just waited 10 min third in line in the drive through, still didn’t get my drink. I wound up leaving after sitting at the window for a while and the partner not acknowledging me. I know the car ahead of me only had one drink. Waited 4 min just at the ordering station alone before she took my order. This is my second long wait in a short line at a Starbucks in the last two days. I think it will be a while before I go back.

Always a consistent Starbucks. Staff is always friendly even though I don't go to this location that often.

Close to work so easy to stop at but this one is getting worse daily. Runs out of Pike's one trip then gets a mouthful grounds another.

Always kind and courteous and fast with the orders. My favorite is a venti double shot with caramel.

It's exactly the same as every other Starbucks. Which is perfect. I like getting the same service and drink quality and every location.

The staff here was very friendly and fast! I had my drink within 2 minutes! This Starbucks has a very nice atmosphere and feels like home.

I came in so under this afternoon, and was greeted by the nicest barista. I could hardly put two sentences together and she cheered me up and reloaded my Starbucks card with money, served my coffee, and by the time i got home i could complete my day. Thanks, girlfriend!

I was very happy with my visit; they took extra care with my grandson's order (he has dairy allergies).

Never had a problem with this Starbucks. We like that there's a drive thru. My kiddos love getting cake pops.

Building is fine and staff is fine but it is a very small place with not a lot of Room so if it is ever during peak hours you will not find a seat.

Best Starbucks I go to! Everyone is nice and my mobile orders are always ready when I arrive, even when I put it in last minute.

Best Starbucks! They know your name and most likely your order if you're a regular. Out of their way friendly!
