Got our drinks right, everyone was very nice! They even made my dad a fresh pot of coffee when he didn't want a pour over.

This is better than your average Starbucks, mostly because of the staff. Always had a great experience with cheerful and even friendly interactions.
Having said that, it's still a Starbucks. You know what you're going to get - average coffee for high prices.
