Taco Bell, St Robert MO

The Saint Robert Taco Bell has some problems. We are a family of 5. We each order a boxed meal. Mostly how it normally come except without onions or tomatoes. They have yet to get our order correct. Not an exaggeration, EVERY time we go, our order is missing at least 5 things.not to mention, my kids almost always have to pick tomatoes off every time. When you order small orders (2-3 items) it is good, but ordering large orders is a nightmare! The one is Waynesville is better and usually more polite.

I asked for extra everything except for tomato and gave me no tomato. Also gave me My food and I asked for extra hot sauce with no sauce. I hate this place this is the third time they did this while I've been living here. If u want ur food right check before u drive off cuz they will scam u. I spent 20 dollars plus going here not worth it. Would definitely not recommend.

Nice people. Tacos consistent unlike other taco Bell's where ones filled decently and the next has almost nothing.

I work as a food delivery driver, out of all the restaurants this taco bell is the slowest. I'm waiting there for 20 minutes for an order that was put in 10 minutes prior. There's workers back there standing around. Very frustrating when you work in a fast pace environment.

This is one of my favorite Taco Bell’s that I have been to. The manger is really friendly and the employees are always friendly and welcoming. The food is always well made and it always tastes great! They need a second drive thru lane because it’s always busy but they do a great job doing with getting everyone their items on a timely manner.

Ordered for my company lunch and got the wrong food back. Went back for it to be corrected and got told that they were to busy to fix my order. Never going back!

Didnt even eat this time.it's been bad in the past they've had to fix it this time even during covid-19 they can't sell you a gift card from the drive-through, you have to walk in to the store physically to buy a gift card? Out standing business practice, im sure that gets more business coming back.ha go elsewhere

Why is it we can go to any other county in missouri and their taco bell is fresh and full of the ingredients that are supposed to be in the taco. Pulaski countys taco bell's are dry and made with the most minimal effort possible.

Stop to grab a quick bite to eat on our way to the Lake of the Ozarks. It is quick and hot but a couple of the burritos weren’t made quite right. Overall pretty good experience for Taco Bell.

This is by far the best taco bell I've been to in the country! Food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly service was fast! My faith in Taco Bell has been restored! I'm from Kentucky I think you need to retrain the ones there!

The food is good and very reasonable priced. There's a big menue. There's handicap parking and entrance. The tables weren't clean when we came in but they quickly cleaned them upon our request. Our orders came out quickly but my grandpa didn't get what he ordered.

Food is ok but they have gotten to be quite expensive. Over 2 bucks for their plain small taco.

I don't typically write reviews at all. The service is mediocre and they're always getting my order wrong. Even after correcting them. They won't see any business from me at this store from here on out.

Places been slightly improved by then making changes to the staff hopefully they keep it up so the food keeps getting better

Worst Taco Bell experience and I grew up on TB in college. Stuffed burrito was not layered so didn't get to chicken until half way through and was nothing but chicken at end. The tortillas were dry and broke apart.

Very friendly, but the wait time is usually longer than anticipated. Special orders like, no tomato or lettuce etc, Are made correctly maybe 70% of the time. But the have never had a problem getting it replaced and made correctly.

Tacos are good, but you'll sit inside waiting for 30 minutes while 80 cars in the drive through get their food before you. Never try to eat in the resturant here.

Had to wait for 25 minutes in the drive through line, only to be told they're out of beef. What Taco Bell runs out of beef? Being sure to steer clear in the future. But hey, it's Christmas Eve, so they get a pass.

I guess their employees are trying to kill me. I specifically state every single time I have a Tomato allergy and it almost never fails that my food has tomatoes and the stuff I order doesn't even come with Tomatoes.

Service is good but that's kind of where the good ratings end. I really like Taco Bell's burritos but the burritos at this particular Taco Bell location are more like bean flavored tortillas. At first, I lost my appetite for Taco Bell but went to one in Rolla and realized it's only the St Robert Taco Bell that skimps on the ingredients. When I was in Jeff City I went to Taco Bell and it confirmed that it is not a problem with Taco Bell everywhere, just this location. I will continue to go here because it's the only one near me and if they ever actually fill the burritos, I'll upgrade my rating because I do love Taco Bell.
