31As TBs go, this one was a little slow and not so easy to get back onto the interstate. My quesadilla was fresh and hot though, which is why I gave it 3 stars.
Some times they're fast, sometimes they are extremely slow and get the order wrong. But it's taco bell so I won't stop going. Lol. Only a few times has their food quality been bad but other than that they usually have good customer service, clean inside, and good food.
Very unprofessionally ran store.lobby was dirty.the beef on my tacos was colder than the lettuce. Needs a new manager that makes sure everything is up to par. Facility should always be cleaned.staff should always be professional and the food should be checked for tempeture and time on the line
This was my first time you going to Taco bell her in st Robert Mo. It was good I was in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes:/
All tables are dirty. I had to ask for a towel to wipe down my chair before I could sit down. Messed up a simple order
Food was gross. And I don't expect anything above standard Taco Bell quality so its not like I was thinking it would be fancy Tex Mex. It was bad by normal Taco Bell standards. Dining room was a mess when I was there. And while they did seem somewhat busy, they didn't have enough customers to really justify the state of everything during my visit. The employees did seem friendly though.
Tasted more “Bell” than “taco”. Pretty rubbery too. I went around 4pm on a Sunday, but food tasted like it had been sitting out.
I've been catching up with my son on the phone for the past 20 minutes. He placed his order in the drive through awhile ago, near the beginning of our conversation. He hasn't gotten his food yet. Seriously, 20 minutes. But I get to talk to him longer since he isn't driving right now.
Went here and it took forever to get our food. Staff was rude and lazy! One employee was more concerned with talking to her son across the counter than helping in kitchen. Tables were dirty and floor was sticky. Bathrooms were clean at least. Customer service was horrible. Food was correct but cold. Not even warm. Restaurant had about 10 people waiting for food. Only one couple had food.
Said something about how dirty the counter was. Instead of wiping it. The kid made a joke. Young Man running regester was running around cleaning bathroom, rolling up rugs, taking orders from custermers. And hooking up fountain drinks. Two of line crew called on him to do things. And then the girl working window was calling for help from him. Poor kid was being ran ragged.
