The Big Biscuit reviews
29I haven't expected the omelette I ordered here was so huge that I have to share it with my sister. The pancakes were fluffy and cooked perfectly. They deliver so fast and the food they prepare was so fresh.
It's a chain breakfast/lunch joint. Crowded, but fast food service. Food is good and easy, but you know you make better. Staff seemed stretched too thin, and tables were left sitting after finishing their meals waiting for checks. Would encourage managers to maybe hire one or two more hands to help cover this, and turn over those tables quicker.
The food was excellent. Our server was very nice, but did not check on us and did not ask whether we needed refills until we were virtually finished. Then charged the entire meal to the incorrect persons card instead of splitting as discussed and verified it was ok. Hopefully it was because they were busy, but have been there several times same conditions with no problems.
For the first time ever, we got lousy service at The Big Biscuit. As it's Sandy's birthday we were very disappointed.
It's alright I guess. There's always a wait, but it goes pretty fast. I've never had poor service. The food is just ok though. I've never had anything that i thought was just SO good. There's nothing that I crave. Nothing makes me say "ooooooh let's go to the big biscuit. " I'd say the mediocrity of the biscuits is the most frustrating thing. I go if the people I'm with want to go because nothing about the place is bad. It's just kinda meh. It's stressfully loud, if noise is an issue for you.
Their biscuits are light, fluffy and buttery. And I'm not even a biscuit fan but these I definitely recommend.
Coming back from picking the kid up at the airport and stopped for breakfast.
I would recommend them, they know breakfast.
Everyone in our party enjoyed their food.
Great place for biscuits and gravy and other breakfast food. Fantastic service and food always delicious. A favorite when I want breakfast food. They close at 2: 30 though
