Together Credit Union, St. Louis MO

Love that out of 4 branches I called -this was the only branch that immediately gives the option to speak with a live person w/o waiting for a call back after leaving a message. Handled my issue very easily and professionally. Good people here. This will be the first branch I call from now on for sure!

I would not recommend banking with them. They are not for the people. They do not give loans and they are quick to charge for so many fees. They once attempted to charge me an overdraft fee because they said that I had too many pending transactions. That makes no sense! It's been nothing but an inconvenience banking with them which is why they have changed their name.

***WARNING*** Absolute horrible experience with my mortgage I have with this VERY unprofessional so called financial institution. Not once but two times they have not counted or put my mortgage payment somewhere else and in another loan in another name? How can they get away with stealing your money and act like it is my fault? They totally screwed up and are not willing to fix it at all. Looking for another option for a mortgage for sure!

Visited here for the first time today, and this will be my permanent credit union! Beautiful space, quick and efficient service, knowledgeable staff. Karwanda was excellent!

Horrible customer service. Do not ever do business with them. No sense or urgency or follow up. You would be better off with a modern bank with real technology and people who work timely. Get out of 2000 Together CU!

I've used share branches for years, and they've been able to look up my account using my ID or SSN with ID. This time, they refused to do that, and the tellers were arguing about whether or not they could look it up by SSN or not. Frustrating.

I have been using the St. Louis hill's branch for years. They have always been extremely helpful. They have always worked hard for my family. My father was a member and was able to help me become a member. Everyone from the branch manager to the tellers have always gone the extra mile to help get us the loans and information needed to get loans account help and any other service we have needed. They always help cheerfully and without question to get the job done. I'm happy to be a member and I'll keep my accounts and future loans there as long as the credit union is there. Thanks for treating me as "family" Every time we come in the door.

Terrible customer service. The bank refused to provide me with my account number, even though I gave them my SSN, DOB, and the phone number associated with my account, as well as my online log in info. I was away from my checkbook and regular computer and needed the information for an application I was filling out. They made zero effort to accommodate me.

I highly recommend Together CU for mortgage services (and Victoria Vernon in particular as a loan officer). I was so pleasantly surprised by the seamless process. I've heard horror stories from friends who went to other banks/brokerages, where they were expected to produce mountains of documents at the last minute. I easily closed in 30 days at a great (fixed) interest rate. Thank you, Together CU!

The loan officer I worked with was not on top of his game. I was always reaching out to find out what the process of my loan was. Also my experience with my truth in lending was very different five days from closing than the initial truth in lending which was over a holiday weekend. When I emailed the loan officer to call me he reached out with an email. I contacted a friend that is in the business to go over my closing docs. The loan officer finally called. I’m just glad I’m someone that had 2,000 dollars to close my loan. Very bad people skills.

I've been with this cu for some time now and they have went out of their way to take care of me. As a low income member it's nice to be treated with such respect.

Since the switch to together I've the "technical issues" which block online access have been plentiful. This credit union is not fit to handle anyone's money.

I work as the housekeeping for this company in the AM. I must say I love to come in the morning and get greeted with a smile and positive vibes from all the Employees. This place makes sure the CUSTOMER IS #1. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bank to check Together Credit Union out. Poor customer service. Sending payments to collections after already being paid. No way to pay online or over the phone. Ever since merging to ‘Together’ credit union, this has been a very frustrating company to deal with. I would NOT recommend them.

I’ve been banking with this ABECU location for over 35 years and have not once had anything less that a positive experience. The Lynch Branch specifically has always had solutions to my personal financial needs as well as assisting with the development of my business and its needs as well. I just wanted to let you know Melissa Imo-Moffitt did an amazing job closing a loan for my parents new condo. We were really in a time crunch and Melissa took charge and got everything done in time. Awful automated pay system for loans. Never works and super frustrating. During business hours, no one can get in touch with a real representative. Switching as soon as possible.
