I had a very safe a fast visit taking my son to Total Access. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

It was an extremely pleasant experience. I went in to get a COVID test (the throat swab that comes back in 30 minutes or less). Everything was quick and easy. When the doctor came back with the results of negative and I said "Well, I can try harder next time! " they were very professional in mostly reserving their exasperation and politely said "My medical advice is no. Do not try harder for that. " 5 stars, will try hard to not come again!

Organized check in during covid. Very clean. Everyone was very polite. Everything was smooth and efficient from website check in to checking out.

Covid test was super quick and painless. Swab took 5 seconds and the nurse was very friendly and efficient. Got my negative result in 10 minutes and was out the door. Will continue to get them done here!

Held my spot online and waited in my car for less than 15 minutes. The techs and PA who cared for me were very professional and nice! Fastest urgent care visit I’ve ever had.

Scheduling was very easy, and my appointment was on-time. My initial consultation with EMT Anthony was a great start, very efficient and professional. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, which was great!
Will definitely go back, although I hope not too often!

Loved this facility. Clean and organized. The staff was friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. So thankful for a place that has access and authority to administer IV fluids and really take care of you. Will definitely be back if needed!

I am so happy with the care I received. I had an abscess on my lower backside that was infected and growing larger each day. It became extremely painful. The staff made it so easy to sign in and I saw the doctor within minutes! They numbed the area and I didn’t even feel the incision. They took care of me. 3 days later I came back to get the dressing removed. I personally want to thank each and everyone at total access urgent care at Chesterfield MO. Thank you!

Professional, kind staff took immediate care of my little guy with a broken wrist. Made the whole traumatic ordeal much easier on our whole family. In and out in right around an hour. While I hope never to have to come back, I won’t hesitate to use TAUC in the future if needed.

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They made my daughter feel comfortable and got seen and taken care of in no time. They could tell she was nervous and in pain and just so good with her so she could get home and get rest.

I visited Total Access Urgent Care on Clarkson Road and as usual i received timely and Excellent service. From the receptionist to All the Nurses and Doctor who took care of me. They kept making sure i was ok and if i needed anything.
Tje Doctor was very caring and most of All thorough. He pursued my treatment even to a CAT scan to rule out a spot on my lung. Turned out ok but i appreciate just not letting it pass this certainly removed my anxiety.
Thanks to ALL THAT HELPED ME. The young man that put my IV in was awesome too.

This place is what you wish an ER was like - friendly, fast, competent, convenient - and did I mention fast! In and out with stitches in under an hour.

Other than the fact it took me over an hour before I actually saw a provider (this, in my experience, is out of the ordinary as the wait time is typically much shorter), I am extremely satisfied with Total Access. They do a thorough examination and the employees are great. I have been there on a number of occasions and always feel as though the medical treatment is top notch.

Chesterfield Total Access was excellent! I had been to Mercy ER the week prior & still felt terrible. Went here & they got me right in, assessed my illness, changed the antibiotic, & I felt better the next day. Wish I had gone here over the ER in the first place. They were able to take x-rays as well, so they can treat just about anything that an ER can do.for a cheaper co-pay. Will definitely be back!

It was fast and accurate I am someone that if the person setting a open line into a vein I have had people miss 3 times before getting it done their person one time. Thought I was just going to get a chest X-ray for my ribs after a car accident. The seat belt hurt me because a 25 mph head on collision and the Air bag didn't deploy a Hyundai Elan-ta hatch back Progressive will give me 8000 g's for a 2012 yeah but after six yrs we owned the car from the start 52,000 miles the car had at least 70,000 miles to go a good running fully serviced. But trying to find a replacement for 8 k to buy a car with comparable miles a min 10k and I doubt the car is really available loss leaders I would rather have my teeth ripped out again than buy a used car.

I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. I walked in with an issue, filled out a one page form, and was in a treatment room about five minutes after I got there. I was given a few medical history papers to fill in, but about halfway through doing that, a tech came in and took the form from me and just asked me the questions. About five minutes after that, a Physicians Assistant was looking at my problem.

I received very fast and complete treatment by four different people and all of them showed the utmost in knowledge and professionalism. The people worked together to diagnose and solve my problem and had me out of there in about an hour. I know I wouldn't have been able to get the same treatment in a full Emergency Room in twice that time, and the drugstore clinics don't have things like on-site x-ray.

This was not a huge issue for me, but something to be aware of. The center can fill most prescriptions on site, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. They didn't sell this hard as something I needed to do, they just offered it as an option. I took advantage of that for the convenience it provided, but I later found out that the meds I paid $15 for (a flat fee) at Urgent Care would have cost me $4 at Dierbergs across the street. Not a deal killer, but something to be aware of. For me, it was worth the money not to have to make another stop before getting home.

All in all, a very impressive and satisfying experience. I'd recommend Total Access Urgent Care without reservation.

Everyone there was great. Friendly greeting at the front desk. The medical assistants were kind and informative. The doctor didn't even need to see me because of how good the MAs were, but the doctor still took time to stop in, say hi, and see if I understood everything and was leaving happy. Great experience.

Update to the post below. Read all, I would recommend this company even more now than before. Things happen, that is inevitable. What happens when things happen define how you do business as a company. Read on.

We actually had a pretty great experience while visiting this facility. The staff was great and friendly and the treatment was warm and caring. That was not the problem. The problem came after the fact.

Our treatment was on January 8,2018. We paid the fee at the time of treatment and left thinking all was well. Fast forward to yesterday when we received a letter from a collection agency for $102. I honestly thought it was a scam or a mistake but called TAUC anyway to inquire. We were told that it was not a mistake and that our original bill was only $80 but because we failed to pay it, there was a $20 late fee and it was sent to collections.

I informed them that we never received a bill. They told me that they mailed one in January. I again stated that I never received a bill. I asked why they never called me and they said they did call and text. Now, if you know me you know that we have a backup on our phones texts and call logs because they are business phones. I can search by phone number, voicemail message, words in a text message and guess what, they couldn't tell me the number they would have called or texted from but I used every single TAUC number listed in St. Louis and I never received a call. Strange I know- They I asked them if they knew when they would have called me. EVEN JUST ONE TIME, nope- So I went a step further. I searched all of my voicemails, texts etc for the following words and there were no matches to any alleged calls, let me know what you think I missed if any. I searched the following: Total, Access, Urgent, Care, Patient, Doctor, Bill, Clarkson, Outstanding, Balance Due, Balance, Chesterfield, Treatment, Collection- I can't think of anything else I could/should have search but to NO SURPRISE, there were no matches.

The bottom line is that they lied. I am not disputing the fact that we had a balance because once it went to the collection company, we became aware of the balance and promptly (LIKE THE SAME DAY) paid it. We were never given a bill prior. Their actions are a violation of the fair debt collection and practices act. I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to comment on this and let's share with this company, who otherwise provides fantastic customer service and great treatment options, that this is unacceptable.

**** I was contacted back by a member of TAUC management team. They identified the problem, admitted fault and rectified completely. In turn, I think we helped them to identify an internal process challenge that had also been rectified.

When there was a problem, they owned it. I'll take that over flawless any day! Oh, and they sent me a hand-written letter. Class all the way.

Best urgent care experience I’ve had. They were very quick and surprisingly hospitable. Everyone apologized for the wait but I was in and out of there probably in the amount of time I would have waited to be seen anywhere else. I felt like everyone was knowledgeable and they made everything easy to understand. I will be going back to this facility if I ever have an irgent care need in the future.

Not your typical doctor visit. Barely waited and the doctor and staff were very pleasant to deal with. Unlike most doctors, this operation is treated like a business. They treat you like you are their client opposed to most doctors who think you should wait around for them because their time is more important than yours. I will definitely be back. Thanks!
