Total Access Urgent Care, Chesterfield MO

All staff communicated well and checked in on me frequently during my visit. I didn't come in with anything life threatening but in considerable amounts of pain and I am beyond satisfied with my care

I got so extremely lucky being sent here by my work this past week! I had an awful splinter wedged under my nail and was sent to get it removed since we couldn’t. I have bad anxiety with things like this and from the moment I walked through the doors I was treated with kindness and I felt understood, which isn’t common. The receptionist was patient and kind and got me right back! As I sat in the room my head filled with horrible thoughts of how they were going to get this out from under my nail and I started to panic and get upset. I was trying to keep myself calm and collected before the doctor came in but wasn’t very successful! When the PA came in, I instantly felt better. She was calm and kind and had the most genuine understanding deminor to her. I explained that I get very anxious with this stuff and was sorry. She reassured me she would be with me every step of the way and talk me through it, which is exactly what she did and more. Never have I felt more understood, and as someone who again is very anxious in this situations, that’s saying a lot! Amber McClure is an angel of a doctor and ANYTIME I need medical attention this is where I will be coming! She is the epitome of a care giver and what anyone would want when they don’t feel good! I just moved here and don’t have a physician yet so I will be using this office! I highly highly recommend this location and if you are lucky enough to be seen/treated by Amber you will 100% feel her love and passion for healing the second her bright smile enters the room! Thank you for making a rough and scarily day so much better for me!

I'm from India for a short visit to US, and was very apprehensive about visiting a clinic. But my experience with Total Access Urgent care changed my complete perception, it was a very pleasant experience and the folks over there were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

Love love love Total Access. I have used them several times and every time I leave there thinking "wow those are some nice people". Just the kindest, most helpful individuals. I have never had a bad experience. The primary physician even makes rounds just to walk to the patients rooms to make sure they're doing ok and to see if they need anything. Also, each time I have visited I haven't had to wait. I usually get into a room right away. Highly recommended.
