UPS Customer Center reviews
23I had a large crate on a pallet shipped from Wisconsin to st.louis and last known scan was at this location now they are telling me it is lost. I do not understand how a large crate gets lost? I have talked to “customer service” multiple times and they tell me they don’t have a phone number for this location. So now I have to wait 8 days for an investigation while my business is losing thousands of dollars and I have ZERO answers. I paid $220 to have it rush shipped and I can’t even get a refund until after the investigation. UPS takes your money for a service then completely screws that service up and then they tell you to wait. Never again.
I hope to God this place is better than FedEx! FedEx in St Louis is so unreliable that they delivered 4 days past due! I'm still worried about this UPS cause the lady said they couldn't guarantee it would arrive when it's supposed to.
The outdoor pick up service is not available and reaching customer service is a no no.definitely need someone on the weekends!
I love the fact that even if the store is closed we are able to still ship our items after hours!
No hours on Sat or weekends! You can deliver anytime but then close your main location to customers on weekends? How was this decision made?
They refuse to come up our driveway to make deliveries. They just leave a note at the mailbox. Called the phone number above. They just kept saying sorry for the inconvenience. Not inconvenient, just lazy.
If you're interested in waiting for ages while no one shows up to take packages, be sure to go to this location. I'm currently third in line, several employees have walked by, and there's no one willing to take our money to ship our packages out. I'd give this place zero stars if possible.
You come in and service Representative it eager to help. They even explained to me how the process was to go and a date it would arrive
Not open on weekends? What’s the point then? UPS is a terrible service for working professionals who don’t have time to sit at home all day waiting for a package to arrive. The fact that it’s not open on weekends, when most people would have time to go pick up a package that they “have to sign for” is even worse.
The customer service representative was polite and helpful. I had no problems. There was no wait time either.
As usual the workers at the UPS shipping store were great. Diane and her cohort wrestled the large item I brought into a box so that I could ship it. This after producing a box i could use. This occurred today, at about 5 p.m. I think they went above and beyond. Kudos.
Ups is a joke! No number to call your local ups to find out delivery time, and their website is the same junk, so you can't leave your contact information so they can let you know when they're going to deliver a package you have to sign for.so you dumb axis can just haul it around for a couple of months.
Leaves packages that require signature just sitting on the front steps. They don't care if your stuff gets stolen.
Not customer friendly, poor delivery service, inconsiderate, when I called, got no help at all, was passed on to someone else, now I have to wait for a hour for a call.
Helpful, great staff. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Easy to use carts and dollys if needed.
Crappy location, slow, almost non-existent staff.
Person at the counter literally told me & the person in front of me that our packages had to be picked up instead of delivered because the driver is scared to deliver in our (seperate) neighborhoods. That driver should probably be fired or at least transferred to a not St Louis location, Mayberry R. F. D.would be my suggestion.
Awful location. I called and they said my package would be available for pick up at 7: 00 pm. I arrived and they said it would not be available until the next day at 7: 30am.
Do not use UPS.
Waited all day for my package on Saturday sitting like 7ft away from my door and the delivery driver was too lazy to come knock on my door so after I paid for shipping I had to go pick up the package.
Its either hit or miss. Great customer service, or slow as can be. Handy location. Parking lot can be a nightmare around rush hour!
