23Well not bad. The staff were competent and quick and do their jobs well. Difficult location to get into if you are driving South. Consistently cheaper for me using UPS ground than FedEx ground for the same items.
Such a disaster-don't ship anything through UPS. They changed our shipping address on our packages, and no one could explain why or who did it. USPS and FedEx are the only way to go.
Drivers consistently mistake the side door for the rear door. It's annoying that they cannot follow simple directions which would allow my package to be stored in a more secure place not visible to passers-by on the street. It seems like basic logical reasoning would help one imagine a 180 degree circular path around the house leading them to the "rear, " but they seem content upon finding another door, though they have only gone 90 degrees. Also, a majority of the time, I am home and watch the drivers bypass ringing the doorbell and just dumping the package wherever they please.
