Great at topping off all fluids quick and efficient a little pricey unless you find some coupons

Oil change 4.9 quarts of full synthetic oil. He asked "do you want full synthetic? And I didn't know the difference so I said "I guess" and then after it was done, it costed $97. They could have have at least shown the price beforehand. Never going back there.

Slow and overpriced. This was my first my first time coming to this location. I have always been satisfied at any other location so I expected the same here but no.

They try to up sale you on everything. I went Lees Summit last time and they do not do this. The lady in Raytown was trying tell me the mnfg said I needed the synthetic oil and literally the young man in Lees Summit looked it up and showed me. It was the cheapest one. Then I needed a transmission flush for an extr $200. They said nothing to me about that in Lee. Summit. I think she said I need wiper blades. Everything she could sell me she said I needed. Will not be going back to Raytown for sure

The service was great. We were asked to wear our masks which is perfect. I did however notice one employee who kept taking his off. If I need to wear mine in my stuffy car with no air going I felt he could wear his as well. Other than that the girl who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly.

Would recommend. Very fast, professional, & friendly service.you never leave the seat of your car, unless you prefer. Your oil, 5 point inspection is all covered in 20 mins, & your back on the road. The best on the go oil change.

The oil change was almost double the price if other locations. The service was impeccable though.

Worst oil changing place I have ever been too. They told me the wait would be 15 minutes tops and it’s been over an hour. There are 5 employees just standing around talking. Do not come here if you value your time. Horrible horrible horrible.

The service here is great. The staff is very polite and helpful. They make everything easy to understand and they try to explain why they are suggesting a service. If coming in for an oil change, you will be offered other services, but they are things you usually need and they are never pushy. I wish the coupons offered a larger discount.

Thought I was getting a regular oil change and ended up getting synthetic oil which I didn't want or could afford.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE MY OIL CORRECTLY. I HAD TO GO TO MY DEALERSHIP TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGE REDONE DIRECTLY AFTER GOING TO THIS LOCATION. THE STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT ENOUGH OIL IN MY CAR WHEN THEY CHANGED IT. DIDN'T HAVE MY AIR FILTER IN STOCK AND TOLD ME I NEEDED TO SOMEWHERE ELSE AKA THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE REPLACED. OH YEAH AND THE TECH DIDN'T SECURE MY OIL PLUG SO I DROVE AWAY LEAKING OIL EVERYWHERE AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT UNTIL I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP DIRECTLY DOWN THE ROAD! TALK ABOUT GUY CHECK! WHEN MY DEALERSHIP LIFTED MY CAR THEY SHOWED ME ALL THE OIL LEAKING FROM THE UNDERSIDE AND HOOD OF MY CAR. THEY ALSO TOOK OUT THE OIL FILTER THAT THE TECH PUT IN MY CAR AND IT WASN'T EVEN THE CORRECT SIZE! WHATEVER YOU DO. DO. NOT. EVER. GO. HERE!

Run very smoothly. Very quick. They know what they are doing. Not cheap but they do it right. Will kind of sell things to you but what oil change place doesn't.

$73 bucks for a semi-synthetic oil change? Really? The Ford dealer is about $50. I had my oil changed and they did not disclose how much it would be until he was done. Glad I can afford it. Be careful of these guys if you can not afford a $73 oil change.

Cost more than most places but if you in a hurry and want great service this is the place. They check almost all the common things
