26Quick service and friendly staff. I have been here a few times and the service has always been exceptional. Only drawback is they try to sell u a few other things that is not necessary (who doesn't these days).
I had a bad experience here when it first opened, but I was desperate for an oil change and that was a few years ago, so I tried it out again. First off, it was almost 100 degrees out so I feel so bad for the people working there, but they were very professional, had clearly learned from past mistakes (there was a call and response checklist at the end to verify) and they were way less pushy about getting unneeded add-ons. All in all, it was pricey but otherwise a good experience.
This is the only Valvoline I will go to! The people that take care of you are friendly, helpful, and can have a nice chat with you. They aren't pushy to make you buy anything and they answer any questions you may have. Honestly, these guys deserve your business.
Got the voucher from Groupon but still got charged tax and air filter for $30. It was efficient as advertised but still a little pricy without free car wash.
I've had many experiences at this place and They're always great people doing great work and greatly help!
Therefore, this place is definitely where you should choose to go!
Valvoline on 350 highway by Hy-Vee is really high priced. The standard, (non-synthetic) oil change is $45 when it used to be $19.99. Outrageous. By the time you actually learn the price the oil change is done and you're stuck. Never again Valvoline. Back to NTB for me
