Walmart Supercenter reviews
40Good selection knowledgeable staff good prices. The only thing I don't like is the taxes are a little bit High.
It was an person who came up to me outside of Walmart soliciting money and gave me an cult like book. This needs to be taken care of. I called Walmart and reported it and they stated that it was not their problem. Something needs to be done about this
Even through his mask, I could tell that Marques was smiling as I interrupted him while stocking. He was so kind and considerate when I asked for his assistance in getting some sodapop from the top of the shelves. Talaih (now I think I have forgotten the correct spelling, but I think that is close. So sorry) the cashier that checked me out, was sweet and helped load my groceries. Nearly every time that I shop at this location I have encountered friendly and helpful associates. They items I want are not always available, however that is understandable.
We also have wonderfully pleasant and attentive associates that bring our curbside pick-up orders each time.
Just left Wal-Mart dont know why they have all the check out lanes because there are ways only one or two lines open they were terribly under staffed at this particular wal-mart let's get it together
Brought my girlfriend here to pick up an emergency item because we were in raytown and still have Ptsd from my encounter
Walmart is Walmart nothing new here, only thing is they are forcing customers to use self check out, hire some people would ya, geez!
Lines were way backed up while other managers cared less all females and the other female employees act entitled and worthless like they do not have to a damn thing and by God the customer there is never right the loud mouthed females working are right lol when they are dumb and clearly not.it's sad not to mention the lines stay backed up because at night females walking and talking is most important all walmarts in raytown and kc mo ARE AWEFUL
No checkers, ridiculous had 2 or 3 supervisors and no checkers can't go through the check your self cause they are 20 items or less and they had 4 Express registers open 20 items or less and only 3 registered registers opened, I need to start going to Target
No registers open after 10 pm. Only self checkout which was flooded with people. Employees were walking around talking with one another instead of opening registers. Very dissatisfied.
When I went to this Walmart I was followed around by the loss prevention guy I'm pretty sure it was because I was white, but you know I guess that's not racist or whatever. Terrible customer service. Poorly made glitter containers. Heads up.
I've been to this Walmart a number of times and had no issues. However, tonight was different. The lines were clear into shopping isles. Everywhere you could check out had a line as long as the others. Walmart really needs to stop understaffing so that management can make bonuses. Ridiculous. It was a mad house.
It's a Walmart. Staff is generally pretty good, personable and friendly, but there's always a lot of empty slots on the shelves, checkout is slow.
Long lines, no customer service. The associates were on their personal phones and not helping anyone. The prices are cheap.
It was okay, the cashiers were nice n everytime I go, there is a mgr who's really nice. He always goes outta his way to help.
As much money as this company has you'd expect them to have cashiers right? No way. No matter what time of day I go. No matter if I have 10$ or 150$ worth of groceries I have to check and bag all my own! I avoid Wal-Mart's at any cost. Can't tell you my experience with staff since you don't have any
That store in Raytown is one of the worst they stock to early and the store is not well kept and all way has long lines
Same as usual with every Wal-Mart that I have ever been different states as well several check out area's but never enough cashiers just terrible Wal-Mart CEO is making all the money but certainly showing not caring about the customers
Ghetto. Employees having inappropriate conversations filled with vulgarity in front of customers. Cop cars out front.
Very little DVD selection. Reminded me of a Wal Mart in a small town, not a Supercenter in the metro.
Not one cart cause they were scattered throughout the parking lot. Kids blasting gangsta rap in the toiletry aisle. Obviously mismanaged. They need to close this one or fire everyone and get some people who care even a little.
