If I could rate this store less then this I would employees are very rude and unprofessional worst customer service ever don't plan to visit this Wal-Mart again ever

Store was clean and well stocked. Wait at check out was not that long, still a little longer than I would like. Overall had a good experience.

Doing a little Black Friday shopping and savings. Even after Thanksgiving Thursday, Associates were still very friendly and helpful.

This walmart is so freaking slow. After 3pm, its like super crowded and busy in the store only because theres a million customers but only 3 open lanes. Gotta do better wally world. Stop sending your workers to lunch between 3-6pm. Honestly.

Wow I am definately calling first thing in the morning to speak with a supervisor. I just had the worst experience at this walmart. I cant believe how rude and out of line an employee got with me and my 4 YEAR OLD for absolutely no reason at all. It might be a little different if my daughter was doin somethin she wasnt supposed to but no and I normally would brush it off but I think this walmart needs to rethink the kind of people they hire!

Need more people checking people out. And mybe teach your employees some customer service skills. Your managers are so afraid to tell their employees what do do, it’s inbaresein!

Some of the employees are very nice but the assistant manager Tera that works in toys is very rude very disrespectful always unhappy I was shopping and all the toys was in the wrong place wrong prices and she would not honor that price and would not even talk to me about the mix up she just threw her hand up and kept walking I can only imagine how she treats the employees under her I will not be back they need a new manager

Being there at 9pm 2 cashier's open.self check out backed up. 5 cashier's watching the only 2 workers. Walmart needs to learn to tend to customers and only having 2 cashier's open is not the way to go

Not my usual store but it was on my way. The store was well kept, well stocked, had plenty of employees working and they were helpful and kind.

They had a multiple coffee makers under the display marked for 19.98. I went to check out and it rang up 29.98. The manger told me didn't honor the advertised price and told me I need to go find the right one. That's not my job, it is the stores responsibility to ensure proper product placement and labelling.

Was an incredibly awesome shopping experience. Everyone was so helpful! No complaints about this location. The people here are absolutely awesome!

Absolutely do not like this store. Only the employees in the pharmacy are friendly. Not enough registers open when busy. Lines too long. Cashiers slow. Employees act nonchalant and uncaring. Greeters are not cheerful except for one gentleman with a disability who always has a smile, kind words and is very helpful. Transferring my prescriptions to another Wal-Mart.

If you have plenty of time and expect to wait 20-30 min to check out then go here. They have 20+ cash registers but only 2 or 3 check out lines always

I have been in line for over 30 minutes at money services. Only one cashier and the managers come up look around and walk off like its no big deal. By far the worst Wal-Mart I've ever been in.

Shop staff ignore you when asking for help. I smiled and asked polightly in response received attitude a side look and no help! It takes a lot to warm the staff up, way too much work to get help!

This Wal Mart is good if you have to grab a fee things in the morning and if you use the self check out, but if you go in the afternoon or evening it's a mess. Not enough help, the cashiers are slow and not super friendly. I couldn't get the help I asked for in the craft section. It's not a bad store just not on my top choice.

Dirty. Slow, barely any registers open when its super busy and crowded. Not to mention barely any of the carts are in working order. Totally lame.

Everybody here needs to get fired. Worst Walmart in Kansas City. From the cashiers to the management. THE WORST.

Not very many people in the store, found the items that I needed. Only problem was the line started to get long and then you know you have a wait on your hands. Still not too much of a problem if you don't have a lot to get.
