Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn reviews
45Best Western in Butte, Montana, was our favorite place to stay on a 9 day road trip. The hotel is attractive, clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offers many choices, including gluten-free and fresh fruit. Front desk staff were knowledgeable about the area and provided good information about sites to visit. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The room was spacious (2 Queens), AC worked great, bath was nice, parking convenient, internet was high speed enough for me to stream a show & most importantly my room was quiet.
Wish I could be there now, because I’m at a noisy hotel in a different town.
Don’t kid yourself. This is NOT a 3 star hotel nor a 4.4 user review average establishment. Old and outdated, it is 3 decades past due for a remodel. The smell of bleach/chlorine is overpowering.
I would highly suggest this place to anyone I know who comes to the butte area! They booked us a pet room.when we didn't have one.which is totally fine! Because the rooms were absolutely beautiful and the staff were just amazing! But I do have one suggestion.can u clean the hot tub? <3 thank you for being so sweet to me and my exhausted family staying the night at your lovely hotel!
It was clean enough. The staff was helpful and friendly. The people next door ruined it with their aggressive dogs that barked all night long and tried to maul my 5 year old as we were walking out the door.
Nice place to stay, Rooms are a little small and dated, reminds me of the '80s or earlier. But they were clean and we'll maintained, overall the family enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had a lot to offer too.
The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The spa was warm and the pool was warm (not sure if that's a good thing) :)
The bed was nice and big, the bathroom was a full tub/shower, great heating and cooling, also has great breakfast
Stayed here last Friday night. Staff was friendly and had lots of options for breakfast. Definitely recommend it.
Best Western Plus of Butte Montana is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a very long time. Great staff, clean rooms and the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel chain. Worth the stop while traveling through the area.
We’ve stayed here numerous times before. We keep going back because of the staff, service, and the facility. To me, it’s a typical Best Western, great service, great facility, and great value for your dollar. We always look forward to our stops at Butte and the Best Western.
Great hotel, nice rooms, decent pricing, free breakfast or you can decide to go to perkins restaurant that's connected to hotel and get 15 % off meal.
Has a nice swimming pool, sauna and a workout room, Free wifi.
Has everything you would need I highly recommend stating here.
Covenient location, good rooms and nice breakfast variety. Rooms are bit small, overall service is good.
The staff is verry helpful and friendly. Nice and warm and clean. Carrie was very helpful. She was nice.
Awesome price, clean, rooms comfy beds, and breakfast included was just perfect.oh and the cookies at the front desk upon arrival. Will stay there again for sure.
Great breakfast and free wifi. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We were amazed at the number of cleaning staff they brought in for Thanksgiving morning.
We booked a king room. It appeared that they had put a king bed in a room meant for a much smaller bed. The bed took up the entire room. We had to rearrange things just to be able to get from one side of the room to the other. The breakfast was great; they didn't skimp when it came to food quality or table space. Would have given five stars if room wasn't so ridiculously small.
Fantastic staff. Rooms are somewhat dated but have all the conveniences you need, and are very clean. Connected to a Perkins restaurant with room service. Cozy bar with a casino. Highly recommend
Great hotel. Always stay here when visiting home. If your staying with pets, be sure to ask for a room with a window to the outside. Several of the rooms in the “pet hall look to a wall making it very gloomy. Breakfast has a great hot and cold selection but the hot items could definitely use some work.
