Friendly staff. Price is reasonable when you consider all the amenities included. The wifi is slow, considering that in current times online access is paramount to business and personal they lose one star.

Rooms were great, house keepers were good. The head of the breakfast room needs a new job, and treats other employees poorly.

We have used this hotel as our destination for the first day of our travel south to Phoenix for the last 7 years. It has become our favourite in Butte. Originally we traveled with our dog and this property could accomodate us. Now we continually return each fall and spring on our travels along I15.

We have stayed approximately twice a year for about 11 or 12 years. The place was very beautiful for several years but is now starting to show wear and tear. We were happy to be able to stay on the first floor the last 2 stays as we are senior citizens and it makes it easier for us to get our luggage in the room.

Hotel is very welcoming and clean! Room is very nice and stocked with toiletries, coffee, and a menu to the restaurant. This hotel is also pet friendly, which is awesome! Very accommodating! Would recommend!

They advertise a rewards program and they never give you the points for staying with them.
It is always a battle to get points with best western.

Excellent. Great staff. Great location. Quiet and comfortable beds. It was a plus having a restaurant located within walking distance. Since we are from Seattle, having a coffee shop on the premises was great!

Of all the hotels in the area this was by far the cleanest and the best staffed. They're always make you feel like you're going to be walking forever which is kind of funny because that's how big this place is but it was quiet it was clean slept decently the stuff was kind and the free breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you are passing through Butte and I would not recommend the Comfort Inn.

Very comfortable! Very close to food, gambling, gas, and pretty much whatever you need for the night. Definitely would recommend this place. Great breakfast especially the hot chocolate.:)

Overall great experience I had with my bridal group and kids and family. Everything was close by for us and the breakfast was amazing!

Great hotel! I highly recommend it. I had one problem with the room (details not necessary here) but the response was immediate and thorough. The restaurant was good. Be sure to check your bill for the 15% discount though. We showed them our room key but unfortunately we did not check the bill for the discount and it was not applied. This is not a problem with the hotel, by any means. I will stay there every time I am in Butte, MT. I have actually booked a room at another Best Western in Oregon for a trip next month.

Great place to stay. Clean, friendly, good location. We travel with our dog, and there is a large grassy area to play fetch away from traffic, and lots of area to walk. The pet friendly rooms are clean.not stinky "dog rooms". Will definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel right off the freeway. The breakfast is the best I have had at a Best Western hotel. They had a huge selection of smoked sausage, bacon, eggs, soy and almond milk, fruit, yogurt, pastries, waffles, cheese, deli meat and biscuits and gravy. They even had gluten free Udi blueberry muffins and chex cereal that were pre-packaged, so yo know there is no cross contamination. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. If you don't want the free breakfast, there is a Perkins attached to the hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The internet was just ok in our room. Check in/out was quick and easy. All the employees we encountered were friendly and efficient. The rooms were also very insulated. There was a dog barking in the room next door that you could hear, very clearly, from the hall. But there was no noise once you got in the room.

Great stay, everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast options and the motorcycle wash area worked well.

After a REALLY long day, we retired here, and it was amazing. The front desk person was kind and helpful, the rooms are really nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was awesome! It was a buffet of hot foods and fresh fruit! If ever in Butte again, I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel at a wonderful price. The hotel is situated right beside a Perkins restaurant and a coffee shop. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has recent updates and fresh linens.
Breakfast is fantastic with so many choices. It is very busy and seating is limited.
