Let me just tell you. By far the most professional people to deal with. I had tires replaced on an old truck. Without getting into too much detail a few months later I encountered a problem with my vehicle. Without me complaining, the problem was resolved just because of the possibility of it may have been an issue they caused. I’ll say that again. Just in case it might have been their error, they fixed the issue. Needless to say satisfied customer here. Will be a life long customer because of service like that. Thank you again

I have been using Les Schwab for about 10 years and this is the first location in about 4 years that has listened to my concerns. I had been dealing with a tire that would constantly leak in the cold weather and become flat.every time I took in there was nothing wrong with it and they filled it up. Except for this location who took the time to figure out that it had something to do with my sensor. They were able to fix it without me having to replace it, and I have not experienced it since

Excellent customer service! We were from out of town visiting Glacier when our brakes stated grinding. These guys got us in and fixed up fast! There’s a very nice Army Navy store across the street and a great Chinese restaurant for a snack while you wait! Highly recommend! Les Schwab never fails to impress! Great company!

Les Schwab in Whitefish rocks! We had a very noisy break pad on our Sequoia. They fixed the metal tab that was making all the noise and did not charge me. Thank you and much appreciated! Always bring my cars to Les Schwab!

Amazing! What a pain-FREE, extraordinary experience! We had a flat due to a screw in a tire and they repaired it for FREE just because and we were only there 20 minutes on a Saturday. Thank you to the great staff! You made our day. What a blessing.

I rarely make reviews, but I felt obligated as these guys helped me out tremendously while on vacation. I wish I remembered the names of the associates that I dealt with so I could give them credit. Highly recommend this place!

I was quoted a price, dropped off my car, then received a phone call a short while after saying the price was going to double. Poor communication and unwilling to make it right. Go to Howies Tire and Alignment and skip Les Schwab.

Needed a quick air pressure check before I left town and Les Schwab was recommended to me. Sam was very helpful, I got in immediately without a wait. I appreciate it as I am not a local, but they still treated me with the kindness and hospitality Montana often has. Thank you!

Their prices for brake work is out of control. They use Raybestos R-Line brake parts, which are mid/low quality point in the big picture. The rotors for my truck are common and sell for $40-50 online, Les Schwab was trying to charge $122 each just for the parts PLUS labor! Markup beyond 200% feels over the top. I understand they have overhead and should be profitable for their efforts, but that markup is closer to gouging.

Blew sidewall of a winter. Sam was able to source and overnight a tire from the plant in Reno, then stayed late on New Year’s Eve to get it put on. Amazing service!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tire shop. I scheduled an appointment a week out for winter change over. I dropped my truck off at 9 am on November 6th and spoke with the attendant at the desk who stated it would cost $70 because my truck has 20 inch rims. She stated that it should only take 2 hours and they would call me when it was finished. At 12: 48 pm I received a call stating that "we are trying to get this online reservation system figured out; what is going on with your truck? " At this point I am flabbergasted. I explained what the agreement was at 9am; the man proceeded to tell me that I did not purchase the tires from them and it would cost $50 a tire? !? I went up to the shop and spoke to the manager (Josh) who told me basically that it was my fault for not telling them they where purchased elsewhere. I understand their policy; however, they should have explained that at some point earlier (the website when I made the appointment, the attendant that morning). This is bad business and I will never go there again.

I was not from the area, so needed an excellent service and found it here. They ensured my vehicle was safe to drive back home and did not even charge me for the break inspection. Friendly, ethical and knowledgeable staff as well.

My spare tire was leaking over time. After re-filling, about 2 months would go by, and then enough air would leak out to trip the TPS sensor. Took it in to this Les Schwab. They got right on it. Technician believed that the bead wasn't sealed well, so he cleaned that up and put it back on. Whole thing went fast. I asked what I owed them, and he said, "not charging you for that. " Wow! That is much better service than I had received at another Les Schwab location some years ago. These guys seem very legit to me.

Lacking in customer service. This company does not stand behind their warranty. Shop around and go somewhere else.

Had to deal with a slow leak in a tire while on a road trip. Called Les Schwab in Whitefish Mt. They took me immediately, found a screw, patched the tire and I was on my way in 45 minutes. NO CHARGE! I can't of course guarantee that amazing service. I have bought a set of tires from Les Schwab before and after today, will definitely use them again.

I'm kind of done with Les Schwab. Most anything is a 90-120 minute wait as you refuse to take appointments. When I asked management about this I was told that your clients wouldn't like it. Really? Funny how any decent restaurant takes reservations. And so does Discount Tire down the road.
